After we decided to move to Texas from California, we needed a realtor we could rely on to understand our family's needs and help us navigate a new area from a distance. We first met Tracey when visiting Austin and requested to see a home she was listing. She was immediately responsive and scheduled a showing around our scheduled while we were in town. While the house was not for us, we were so impressed by Tracey's responsiveness, knowledge, and understanding of our circumstances that we asked her if she could be our realtor for our purchase. It was truly the best decision we ever could have made in this process, which took several months and had countless roadblocks along the way (such as our California home taking longer to sell than expected, inspection issues on the first house we made an offer on, etc.) She navigated each and every bump with poise and was instrumental in helping us keep our nerves and emotions in check through what turned out to be a much more challenging process than we ever imagined. At every step of the way, Tracey gave us her honest opinion, and never once tried to push us in any direction or try to "sell" us on a house. She truly understood our needs and made sure they were all met. We ended up in our dream home that we plan to live in for decades raising our three children. Without a doubt, we could not have done this without her, and she has made us into a forever client (and referral source). Annette is the only agent I'd ever consider using. She's helped me buy and sell two homes, and I couldn't be happier with how the process unfolded each time. I did a lot of research to find a realtor and company that is highly regarded in the community. I decided to go with Bramlett Residential Real Estate. I also selected a realtor who's name is Trey Blanco. You will not meet a nicer guy than Trey Blanco. Let's face it Car Salesman, Lawyers, and Real Estate agents make us all cringe because they are in it for themselves.
Trey is the opposite. I found him by reading reviews and the reviews were spot on. Trey bent over backwards for me and accompanied me an hour out of Austin to check out new builds and responded to every request I had.
I'm very picky and felt bad going from one house or idea to the next but he was right there with me. He introduced me to Austin and everything it has to offer since I just relocated from AZ. Trey also has a vast network of resources and connected me with a relator in AZ who was just as good as Trey who sold my house on the first day it hit the market.

We got a referral to Sally through family. We were planning to move to the Austin area to be closer to our daughter. We contacted Sally, set up a phone appointment, and had a great talk with her about what type of home we wanted and where, and what the buying process in Texas would entail. A few weeks later, we made an initial trip to look at houses in-person. Sally was helpful and kind, and she provided information on the communities we were interested in, in addition to showing us quite a few houses. At this point, we had not yet put our California home on the market, but Sally was great about keeping in touch with us and being patient, as we had to sell our California house before we could purchase in Texas. We finally sold our house and flew out to Texas again, this time to buy. Sally was there (and still is!) with us every step with the way, providing her great expertise and knowledge, along with kindness, laughter, and friendship. She is a top-notch real estate agent who truly cares about her clients and what their needs are. We highly recommend her and will definitely call her when the time comes to buy and/or sell again. In fact, we have introduced her to our daughter to use as her pending real estate agent in the coming months.

Danny's communication, availability, and the ability to come up with active solutions is second to none. Danny was extremely helpful in countless situations; whether it was educating us on the buying process, the market, how contracts work, and everything in between (we were first time home buyers so we had A LOT of questions), Danny was always there to explain things to us in a way that made sense - even when we asked the same question multiple times. :) He never made us feel like he was just trying to get us to buy anything and wasn't afraid to give his opinion on homes when we asked for his advice based on what he had learned about our likes/dislikes and wants vs. needs. Oh, and let's not forget Danny had to deal with the difficult seller after his agent refused to answer his or Danny's calls at the end of the process. Shame on her indeed...but that didn't phase Danny. I mean, the guy drove to the comptrollers office at 8am in the morning to update the seller's LLC with little to no help from the other side. If that doesn't speak to his professionalism, dedication, empathy, and loyalty I don't know what does.

JC Adams made my first home buying experience easier than I could have imagined. He stayed in touch with me for almost 3 years as I prepared for purchasing my first home. When I let him know I was ready to start looking he made himself available right away to meet regarding what I wanted in a home. He showed me the perfect house at an unbeatable price on the first day. He made the process so easy I would sometimes ask, "Isn't there more I need to do?" I would highly recommend JC as he provides professionalism while also taking the time to get to know you personally and finding the best home fit for your wants and needs.
My wife and I were relocating to Austin and while searching for homes online we came across a relocation guide offered by Realty Austin. Lucky for us, JC was the realtor that responded in regards to our inquiry. He reached out to us by email to see if we'd received the guide and had any questions and asked if we'd be interested in a short conversation so he could learn about our situation. During this first call, he learned about why we were moving and what we were interested in for a new home. He set up a portal for us to check out some homes online where we could note comments, likes, dislikes, etc. Keep in mind this was more than a year away from when we told him we were targeting a move, but he just wanted to get us used to the market, styles of homes, and different areas of Austin. Forward a couple of months and we were ready to make a physical trip to scout some properties and meet with JC and a few other realtors we had met online. After meeting in person, we felt a connection with JC on a personal level and felt that he'd done the little things such as understanding our situation of why we were relocating and what we were looking for in a property, so we decided to use him as our realtor. I think on this scouting trip we spent about two days with him driving to different areas and looking at various homes that were for sale. He did this knowing that we were still a year away from moving, he didn't have to spend all this time with us but he did because he cares about his clients and loves to show homes. It was a good thing we did, because we ended up looking at a new construction builder that met all of our requirements on our last day of the trip. We flew home and then later called JC and let him know that we found the builder that we wanted to use. A couple of months later we flew back out and signed the contract, this was May 2018. We closed in Aug. 2019. JC didn't go away during this build process. He was closely involved throughout the process and served as our proxy checking on the house construction process while we were still living out of state. He always responded quickly to our questions either via email or phone, depending on the urgency of the question. He helped guide us through the entire build process, including walking us through an inspection, lender selection, as well as inspectors punch list for the builder. In my opinion, JC went above and beyond his duties as a real estate agent and I would highly recommend him to anyone I know looking for a home as well as use him again for any future real estate transactions.

My wife and I were looking for a home for a very special reason and we were short on time. We met with Haval and he immediately put us at ease. He listened to our story and understood what we were looking for from the beginning and how important it was. He was extremely responsive, always texting or calling us back immediately, any time we had a question. He’s very knowledgeable and always took time to explain things. When we got discouraged or worried, Haval was there to put our minds at ease. He even took the time to come to our closing. We highly recommend Haval. Eric worked with my girlfriend and I to purchase our first home in Austin, TX in March 2014. We found Eric based on his outstanding online reviews and after being less than satisfied with our first realtor. After speaking with Eric via phone and seeing the quality and detail of follow-up he provided, we knew he was the Realtor for us. We were first time homebuyers, trying to find the perfect home in a terrible buyer's market (very high demand and very low inventory). From day 1, Eric listened to what we wanted, explained to us what we could reasonably expect and why, was very patient as we narrowed down what we wanted and went out of his way to help us find the perfect home.
Eric or his assistant Bailey were always available to show us homes within 1 day of us requesting to see a home (often same-day!) which was necessary due to the current Austin market where most of the homes we were interested in were being listed and sold within 1-3 days. Because this was our first home and represented such a huge purchase for us, we were very picky and Eric and Bailey showed us a lot of homes before we found the perfect one. Eric helped us successfully navigate through (and avoid) a number of over-priced homes and other bad situations that we would have likely fallen victim to without Eric's guidance. Eric was all that we could have asked for in a Realtor and a whole lot more. He was always eager and able to educate us on topics from expected home appraisal values to financing options/lenders to quality contractors and advice on structuring our offers to be competitive in multiple-offer situations and through the entire process, never once made us feel rushed or pressured us to make a decision. He constantly reminded us that despite all of the metrics, we ultimately had to buy a home that 'felt right' to us.
