I have been in real estate for 35 years as a builder, land developer and 25 years as a Realtor (in Oklahoma) and I have never seen anyone as capable or work as hard as Eric. I employed Eric to help me sell an investment house in Austin. He not only sold it in 4 days for full price, he helped arrange the people I needed to do the fix up that was required. All of which were done in a timely workman like manor for a good price. His updates to me on the work and selling came continuously and without me having to ask what is going on. Adrienne Laosa is my go-to realtor in Austin. She's helped me for years buying and selling investment properties and even my own house sale. I can check in with her when it's time to increase rents and she'll advise on what market rents are at that time. She even guided me on how to update my rentals to make sure I get the highest rent in the area. The last duplex she sold for me had multiple offers after one weekend, and it sold for $5000 above our asking price! I'm very pleased with her services and definitely recommend her.
