Initially it was frightening to think of building a new home when we lived 8 hours away in another state. However, that all changed when we began to work with Tara McGuire. She was fabulous! Tara was intimately involved in the entire process. When we were not able to travel to be onsite when decisions had to be made, Tara was more than happy to do so. We had the best experience working with Tyson Hombroek! We met Tyson 4+ years ago looking for a rental in the Austin/Pflugerville area and since then, he helped us find and purchase our home 2 years ago and sell that same home just recently.
Tyson was awesome about giving us all the details we needed for each step. He was punctual, super professional and reliable, and was always personable when it came to answering any questions we had. Moving is stressful and difficult but selling our home was made easy because of Lindsey. I can't say enough wonderful things about her. She had contacts who helped us prep the house for sale, she took care of issues as we were in transit to our new location, she was always willing to do anything to make our lives easier and she communicated so well. We selected Lindsey Pearlstein to represent us in the purchase of a large home in Round Rock, TX and to sell our existing house, which was also in Round Rock. We selected Lindsey based upon a personal recommendation, our personal interview with her and our instincts from past real estate transactions. She did not have as many years of experience, however she clearly knew the details and pitfalls of buying/selling real estate from working with her real estate agent father.
We had to endure the stress of placing a purchase bid for a house against five other buyers for the same property. Lindsey has an excellent team supporting her, which was invaluable in selecting the correct purchase offer to make on the new house. Lindsey provided excellent document support and coordination with the seller's agent in concluding the transaction.
The selling of our existing house had its share of major issues. Lindsey provided advice in sorting through multiple potential buyers' offers, as well as negotiating repairs requested by the buyers. The difficulty of this complete experience was minimized for us by Lindsey's persistent attention to details, close coordination with the selling/buying agents and a good support team which had good experience and statistics to support their recommendations. The listing photographs Lindsey produced of our house with its virtual furniture staging in each room (all the rooms were empty) was truly outstanding and realistic. All of the listing photographs made the house look it very best. We would highly recommend Lindsey.
Lindsey is simply THE BEST. We just closed on our house after a ~2 week search and 30 day contract period, and honestly the entire process couldn't have gone more smoothly. Lindsey was instrumental to that. She is always proactive about sharing information in a great amount of detail -- providing answers to questions, additional context for complicated info, and reassurance -- always within minutes of us reaching out. Getting into the market:
I purchased a house with Lindsey in January 2022. The process began a year prior when I first discussed getting into the housing market. From the beginning, Lindsey listened to my preferences, gave me market insights, sent me potential listings, and checked in with me from time to time to see how I was doing.
Actively looking for a house:
When I finally got around to purchasing, there was no delay in getting showings scheduled. Lindsey always arrived on time, was quick to respond to any requests or questions I had, and provided excellent service with enthusiastic delivery.
Putting in the offer:
When we got around to submitting an offer, Lindsey was extremely attentive to any potential gotchas or odd details in the contract. She negotiated the contract and regularly checked in with the seller to ensure all parties were satisfied.
Under contract:
From putting in earnest money, speaking with the title company, ensuring all necessary documents were given to the lender, and everything in between, Lindsey was on top of every thread to guarantee no problems would persist.
Signing day:
Lindsey was there to guide me through the documents and do a final walkthrough.
And beyond:
I had an issue with a faulty thermostat and Lindsey and her team replaced it for free! What exemplary service that is beyond what I could have ever expected.
I have purchased and sold several homes with various real estate agents but my experience recently with Linda Baddour has been the best so far – beginning, middle, end, and beyond! My situation was complicated as I was navigating an out-of-state sale -- with untimely repairs needed -- to complete a 1031 Exchange into Texas. Linda’s awareness of the process and her relationships with the builder/seller kept everything moving; even when we thought the deal may not happen. Her composed demeanor was greatly appreciated when I felt so many things were out of control. She buffered me from “the noise” of the transaction by managing communications with the seller and escrow/title companies so I didn’t feel even more overwhelmed. She was always very responsive, even late into the evening. Linda’s CPA background was critical and appreciated as she also helped me make informed financial decisions. I greatly respected her input and don’t have any regrets on any decisions I made based on her feedback. After I closed, she even offered to advertise my new investment to get it occupied as soon as possible. My experience with Linda in my purchase was so positive that I am already looking at additional purchases, would use her again, and definitely recommend her to others!

Yolanda was amazing to work with. I decided somewhat last minute to buy a new house and sell my old house, and Yolanda quickly met with me and helped me throughout the entire process. Even going above and beyond to help me fix my gate and find and hire painters to get my house ready to show.
I would work with her again in a heartbeat. 10/10 would recommend.

My husband and I were in search of someone who could help with the stress of moving to a new country and are so glad that we found Becky Welch at Bramlett Residental. She was more than accommodating with our questions and concerns regarding moving from Canada to Texas. Julie is great to work with through the real estate process from helping us try to find temporary housing through purchasing a home in Leander. She is very thorough and helps guide the buyer through the process especially for us being new to Texas, which is different than other states we have owned homes in, but somewhat similar to Ventura County, CA. Very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable with a willingness and flexibility to work with us from start to finish. Kasey Gilliam and Kim Jowers were the agents we worked with in purchasing our home in Austin. They are very knowledgeable and couldn't ask for anyone better. We actually met with Kasey last year when we were not sure about purchasing, but Kasey was of great help and gave us great advice to visit the neighborhoods we are interested in so that we get a sense of how the neighborhood feels instead of just looking at pictures of the house online. We did not purchase at the time, but come this year, our move was finalized and jumped on a call with the team and voila, we now own a home in Austin we are going to move into in 48 hours.
