Working with Bramlett was the easiest and best decision I ever made. I was able to work with Vivia Robertson and I can honestly say I was blown alway with her every step of the way. As a first time home buyer I had so many questions and Vivia took the time to really break every thing down for me and make sure I knew what I was getting myself into. She was so lively and great to tour houses with. I could not ask for more flexibility. The token moment I knew I had the best realtor was when we were doing the final inspection on my home and Vivia actually took my trash bins out in front of my house to make sure they were empty when I moved in. Truly world class service and I would highly recommend Bramlett and Vivia to anyone.
Corrine Elgin helped me with my first home purchase at probably one of the worst times to be a buyer in Austin. She was fantastic!! She first set up a call to go over my wants and needs and explain next steps. Then started pulling searches for me. She was very attentive and made notes and actioned on any listings I liked in the portal we worked out of. When I finally found my house, again, she was there every step of the way. Any questions I had, she answered them in a timely manner and even made some great recommendations. I also really appreciated her coming to my closing for support. I want to reiterate I had no idea what I was doing throughout this entire process and Corrine did an amazing job guiding me. In summary, Corrine and I know my situation was a bit unique and we both won’t forget it anytime soon 😂 but I truly appreciate all her hard work and would recommend her to anyone looking to invest in property!
Jan is fantastic! We moved from out of town, and she was great about showing us around and researching schools and home-builders for us so we could make the right choice. Jan showed us both rentals and new builds in a rainy, single-day house-hunting trip, and, despite the weather, her enthusiasm never wavered. We have been in Leander for two years now, and Jan still keeps in touch and serves as a source for local info! If we ever move again, she’ll be our first call!

We worked with Crystal Hirst and she did an amazing job. She went above and beyond to make sure that we found the right property for us. Our search initially was all over the place and we didn’t even know what kind of property we wanted. Nonetheless, Crystal was incredibly helpful and patient while working with us to find our home. Crystal would point out all the pros and cons for any place that we would consider and we felt we could trust her. As first-time homebuyers we felt this was important because we did not know what red flags to look for in a property. Additionally, she was communicative and extremely responsive throughout the entire process. We were very satisfied with Crystal and would recommend her to anyone with no reservations whatsoever.
Crystal Hirst is a super star! We started our process in March 2022 when the market was riddled with crazy prices and bidding wars. We came from a much more affordable area and were definitely experiencing sticker shock. Crystal really helped us figure out a realistic budget and the areas that would meet our needs. We eventually decided on a new build but it had some serious delays. Crystal worked to find us alternatives. When we considered staying with the new build, Crystal went back to the builder and got the price reduced (Commiserate with the market softening), incentives increased, and a close date locked in. Crystal even gave us advice on selling our old house (in another city) and she wasn't even the realtor for that house. Crystal has been great and I recommend her any chance I get.
Zoe Wafelbakker was the absolute best realtor! As a first-time home buyer, she was able to walk me through the entire home-buying experience from start to finish, and always made herself available to answer any and all of my questions. Not only is she an experienced realtor, but she is also incredibly nice and extremely helpful. I would 1000% recommend Zoe to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We've had the best experience working with Molly Parks. She was instrumental in selling our condo in South Austin last year before the market took a hit due to rising interest rates. I highly recommend her as a realtor. She's very personable and knows the Austin market well.
Molly is an outstanding real estate agent. I was extremely fortunate to be connected to her through a mutual personal trainer. I had been renting for years, and was interested in finally investing in my own home. Knowing I was a first-time home buyer, she went above and beyond in providing me with a binder and sitting down with me and explaining everything to me. I could take the binder home, make notes, contact her with questions, and she was so happy to share her wealth of knowledge on all the details of searching for homes, putting in offers, and the process of closing. Even when I decided not to buy for an entire year, she not only understood my decision, but kept the perfect distance. She provided me with monthly info about the market and houses within my budget/criteria, but didn’t bug me or harass me at all.
During the shopping process, she was SO patient with me as I thought I knew what I wanted but backed out. I finally got my sweet little starter home at a fantastic price, even though I had to bid against other buyers. Molly was encouraging, always providing helpful insight into each house we looked at, and I would recommend her to absolutely everyone. She’s professional, very intelligent and knowledgeable in her field, and extremely kind and patient.
Jan Daum LITERALLY is the best in the business and the only real estate professional we will ever use moving forward. Jan was professional, knew the area, did her homework, and was prepared for everything we threw at her. Jan has become family and we recommend her to anybody who needs real estate help.
It was wonderful to work with Molly Parks in purchasing my first home and an investment property. She made the process smooth and easy (or at least as smooth and easy as home purchasing can be). She was very responsive and accommodating of my schedule and was able to arrange showings at all times of the day.
With Molly's help and guidance, I was able to see a home, make an offer, and have it accepted all in the same day. Additionally, she was even able to negotiate the price down a little bit on both properties to get them below asking, which is no easy task in the competitive Austin real-estate market. Additionally, she helped me get my leases set up for the investment property and provided valuable advice related to management of the property after the completion of the purchase.

The Ruth Powers I know has been a phenomenal agent/friend in both the purchasing and selling of houses for me. Since 2006, Ruth found 2 great investment houses for me, and negotiated the sale of 3 others that I already owned. But, most important of all, Ruth found the most perfect home for my parents. Last year I needed to move my aging parents to Austin. Almost every day, my parents say how grateful they are to be in the same town with their daughters, and what a \castle" they now live in. The location of the home meant everything to them...nearCatholic church, quiet street, and friendly, caring neighbors. A special celebration has not gone by without Ruth dropping off a plant, flowers, food, or a special gift for them. She has even rearranged her schedule to walk/run with my 81-year-old mother. I am not the easiest person to deal with. In fact, I am awful to work with/for. So, I know she used all her people skills in keeping me calm and collected during all our negotiations. Ruth is more than a real estate agent. She accepted my texts and phone calls at hours of the day and night that most people would ignore. She has always been thoughtful, kind, considerate and patient with me, and with those that I have referred. What some may claim to be a fault...total honesty; others know as a virtue. My experience at today's closing was like all the others - GREAT!

Ruth was fantastic! When we bought our current house, Ruth was the seller's agent and she was never pushy, she made us feel comfortable with the process and was very professional in all of our discussions. So when it came to selling our house, we interviewed 3 agents just to do our due diligence, but again Ruth's professionalism was a step above the rest. During the selling process, we always felt Ruth had our best interest in mind and would not settle for anything substandard and I have fairly high standards. Although there were some challenges during the sale (all from the buyer's side), Ruth fought for our positions and did a great job of insulating us from some of the craziness and always remained calm and collected, which provided us with peace of mind during the process. Ruth is an outstanding professional and we were blessed to find her and work with her. I highly recommend Ruth and can only hope to work with her again in the future.

The most recent \above and beyond\ thing Ruth did was, after her car broken down, walk nearly 2 miles in the blazing heat to make sure she got to my house on time to show it to a prospective buyer! As a former licensed realtor, I'm familiar with the buying and selling processes. When my husband and I decided it was time to engage a broker to purchase a new home, we chose Ruth Powers. I've known Ruth for many years. She assisted us with the purchase of an investment property ten years ago, so the choice for a realtor was a "no-brainer." My husband and I let her know we wanted a particular style of home for a certain price. Ruth was not only patient with us, but she also gave us a lot of options. We looked at a variety of locations. She recommended a builder and an area that we were not familiar with, never pushing us too hard. After a couple of years of contemplating, looking at several homes and neighborhoods, we found our dream home, with a view, at a great price. If you are a buyer, rest assured that Ruth is not in it for the money. She wants you to find the home that meets all your needs. Her goal is to have satisfied clients. We felt comfortable knowing that she was watching out for us. Once we found the home to buy, she was there for the walk through inspections, builder meetings, closing, etc. She was always available to coach us through the process, and she was a firm advocate for us when dealing with the builder. As a seller, she was meticulous about recommending ways to stage our home. Ruth spent a lot of time with me suggesting staging ideas for each room, repairs, even referring contractors. We had been in our home for over 20 years, so we had a big job, and Ruth was extremely helpful, even meeting contractors at the house when we were too
