This was our second time working with Tara McGuire - this time buying and selling. We were really nervous to buy and sell during the pandemic but Tara made the experience fun and honestly feel very normal. Tara was so professional and used all Covid safety protocols to ensure our family was safe. I have to give kudos to Tara's negotiating skills as this is the second house we have bought in a multiple offer situation and both times we have come out on top. Tara does a great job being available and guiding you through any questions you may have to make you feel extremely informed and secure in your purchase. Patrick was our third realtor in 5 years (yes, we move too frequently). He was absolutely incredible and we just wish we had found him sooner. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He was patient and accommodating--with everything from our requests to look at a ton of homes to our requirement to bring our kids with us to long days of house shopping and even to last-minute phone calls asking if he could set up immediate showings on new listings. Patrick is extremely responsive and I always felt like he was a huge advocate for our needs and our financial desires. A+ work all the way.
We were in Austin in December 2020 for home leave from my assignment overseas, and had been planning to buy our retirement home in the summer of 2021 and just look around in the week before Christmas. I reached out to Bramlett - having had a very good experience working with them in the summer of 2016 (Tara McGuire was out agent then) to buy our first house (also in Austin). Our agent, Craig McGuire, did thorough research that he shared with us, and advised us - without pressuring us - to consider buying then, given that what we wanted would be well beyond our price point by the summer because of the conditions in the Austin market for the foreseeable future. Observing all the correct COVID-19 protocols, he showed us houses that fit what we were looking for, and once we saw one that we really wanted, gave us the advice needed to help us to win a bidding contest without breaking the bank. This was really important, as after putting in our bid we had to leave Austin and do everything at a distance. Craig was key to making that possible. He found us a good mortgage company that qualified us quickly and, thanks to all his efforts and consistent support, we were able to close in a little over a month - in the time of COVID, doing everything very long-distance, and in a crazy Austin housing market. We're very happy with our home purchase, and with Craig!

This is my second time working with Vicki and she's an absolute star. We loved working with her and she is one of the best in the business.10/10! Vicki is an incredible advocate for the buyer, potentially to her own detriment- which gives me a deep level of trust and confidence. She was ready to negotiate hard even when we were not, and she talked us down from overpaying for a house (when she could have gone along with it and enjoyed a better commission). She truly had our best interests from start to finish, and thanks to that she has a client for life.
