I worked with Craig McGuire and couldn't have been happier with the experience. It took around 4 months from when I first got in touch with Craig until I was serious about making an offer and he was patient and not at all pushy. He was always prompt in answering my questions via email or text, even when asking during evening hours and on weekends. Craig offered sound advice on strategies for making offers and what to ask for during the negotiations. He also kept me up to date on what I needed to do each step of the way during the closing process and worked with the lender on my behalf.
Craig has been nothing but helpful, even after closing on the house with a couple questions I've had. He has connections with contractors and has offered me referrals any time I need them. I highly recommend working with him if you need to buy a home.
We originally tried with a friend's recommendation with a local realtor and it never panned out, he always acted as if he was too busy. When I got with Craig, we never felt that we weren't his top priority. We contacted him the first time on 12/12/19, had a small area to work with and a lower budget, but he got us into the perfect home, in the perfect spot in the perfect neighborhood. The 3 of us bought a house in Leander TX, which Craig McGuire found for us; he was very helpful and patient with us, this was our first time buying a house as investment property, and he helped us navigate the extra challenges of getting an LLC setup while going through the whole process of bidding on and buying the house. He walked us though the whole process from looking at houses, bidding, through the final closing. He kept us informed on the next steps, so we always knew we what to keep after next.

I've heard from many people, buying your first house is a nightmare and stressful, anxiety inducing grueling process. Those people have clearly not had the pleasure of working with Craig McGuire with Bramlett Real Estate! My spouse and I were lucky enough to be put in touch with Craig from a referral from a friend, and from our first conversation, we knew he was looking out for our best interests and wanted to make as much of our dreams a reality within our budget. Craig was excited and upbeat and positive throughout the whole process. The Austin market is crazy right now and almost disheartening for newbie buyers, but Craig assured us all would work out fine and squashed any doubt or fear we felt creeping in. Everything with our home buying process went astonishingly smoothly, from the first call with Craig for him to get a sense of what we were looking for all the way through closing. My husband and I kept joking that something was bound to go wrong since 2020 has been rough in so many ways, but we were both incredibly pleased when everything went perfectly. Incredibly helpful, polite, patient, and professional. As a first time home buyer, he took me all across Austin and North Austin, and helped me in a million ways I couldn't have imagined. I ended up getting a house I am very happy with in Leander, Tx at a good price.
He was very responsive, and discussed exactly what I was looking for in a house and investment property. He recommended a house inspector I was very happy with, and was willing to visit properties on fairly short notice, and staying out fairly late after work.
He was able to point out a lot of flaws in a house that I would never have noticed, and was very down to earth. He didn't push a sale, and didn't question if I was wasting him time. (I had him look at a very large range of cheaper and more expensive houses.) I can be a bit of a nervous person, so I hate the idea of wasting others time, but he was very respectful and open to every house that I brought up. Some of these houses were very important learning experiences as I started to better understand the area, which made me feel confident when I finally found the right one at the right price.
Craig helped me through the entire process, keeping me posted on email, and setting me up to look at houses in a very large area. When he didn't know something (San Antonio Market) he recommended someone else to work with.
I was incredibly happy with Craig's assistance. I'll be using him again if I need to buy another house in the area and have already recommended him to some of my friends. Please consider calling him and look at a few houses together. I believe that he will impress.

We were in Austin in December 2020 for home leave from my assignment overseas, and had been planning to buy our retirement home in the summer of 2021 and just look around in the week before Christmas. I reached out to Bramlett - having had a very good experience working with them in the summer of 2016 (Tara McGuire was out agent then) to buy our first house (also in Austin). Our agent, Craig McGuire, did thorough research that he shared with us, and advised us - without pressuring us - to consider buying then, given that what we wanted would be well beyond our price point by the summer because of the conditions in the Austin market for the foreseeable future. Observing all the correct COVID-19 protocols, he showed us houses that fit what we were looking for, and once we saw one that we really wanted, gave us the advice needed to help us to win a bidding contest without breaking the bank. This was really important, as after putting in our bid we had to leave Austin and do everything at a distance. Craig was key to making that possible. He found us a good mortgage company that qualified us quickly and, thanks to all his efforts and consistent support, we were able to close in a little over a month - in the time of COVID, doing everything very long-distance, and in a crazy Austin housing market. We're very happy with our home purchase, and with Craig!

We worked with Craig McGuire at Bramlett, we have all praise for him. During these hostile months for buyers, the housing market was heavily tilted towards sellers. Craig was very patient and kind. At times when we were very much down emotionally because of losing a bid or two very narrowly, he would say all the right things to keep us on the look out for another home that would be even better fit. We ended up with a home that we like a lot, and a lot of the credit goes to Craig helping us and having timely discussions with seller's agent(s) all the time. If anything, Craig was only more cautious to not let his clients unnecessarily bid too high without being comfortable. We definitely recommend Craig's services with Bramlett.
