I have never seen the dedication, response, knowledge, and support that we found with Vicki. When you work with a real estate agent, first of all, you need them to work for you. Vicki was there to provide advice, assistance, and help literally 24/7. You need an agent with knowledge of the Austin market. Vicki again has visibility and knowledge of everything in the market. You need an agent to be available when you call or when you ask them to go visit and see a house. Vicki was available always to help and assist. Eric is terrific. We picked him based on his excellent reviews and were still pleasantly surprised. Some of the specific things that we liked include: He has a strong knowledge of the real estate market and its trends. We spoke to several realtors before we hired him. However, it was clear that he knew exactly how to price and present our house to get the best possible price without unnecessary updates and modifications. The house has been very well maintained, and he knew exactly how to showcase its value, rather than relying on superficial staging. Second, Eric is very efficient without being at all pushy. When issues arise, he promptly gives a thorough explanation of all of the options, and offers a clear recommendation. He also did a very good job of protecting our interest while being fair to the buyer throughout the process even though they were represented by another realtor. This was important to us because we wanted to buyer to feel good about their purchase long after the closing. Third, Eric is always available. On the rare occasion that he was not immediately available, is not available in matter of hours at most. He regularly offered to be available at nights, weekends, and during the holidays. This was very helpful in making us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Overall we could not have had a better experience in selling our home.
Ryan was punctual, responsive, insightful, helpful and most of of knowledgeable! He responded to my inquiry, seemingly before I could close the window. He responded well across all communications platforms, which for a type A like myself, is a definite plus! If Ryan sold buses, he would be the bus King! Huge ups to your professionalism!
Eric is the best! He sold me my first house in 2005 and we've stayed in touch ever since. Any time I have a question about home repair, home improvements, or anything to do with real estate, I talk with him and he gives me great advice. I took a job in 2012 in Houston and talked with Eric about keeping the house as an investment or selling it and decided to hold onto it as an investment. Eric is great because he gave me honest advice, rather than trying to get me to sell the house since he would get a bigger commission. He helped me rent my house out and we had a tenant in less than a week. I manage the property myself and call Eric when I have questions about how to handle the tenant or anything else. I wanted to sell the house this summer but after some more great advice from Eric we decided to lease it again and to keep it as an investment. He again helped me rent the house out and was able to do it within 3 days and for 2 years! I'm buying a house in Houston and he's been giving me good advice for that purchase, even though he's not making any money on the deal. He's the best realtor I've ever met and would and have recommended him to everyone I know.
Today I closed on the sale of my house, and everything went better/ faster than I expected, thanks to the expertise of Eric Bramlett. The thought of selling my home really had me stressed, but right away Eric reassured me that the market in my area was very strong and selling would be relatively easy. During his initial consultation, he laid out suggestions for a higher return on investment and all the things I could / should do to prepare for listing. This included referrals to reputable remodeling contractors and a staging professional. It was a lot of work to do, to prep the house, but in the end it was totally worth it and I'm glad I did it all. His strategy for a list date was very helpful and attainable. Eric studies housing market numbers like no other, so I completely trust his judgement, and it paid off. My house was listed on a Wednesday, and by Sunday I had two offers for well over asking price! Needed to sell my home quickly. Eric was knowledgeable and provided a very systematic approach to assessing the valuation of the home. Interviewed several realtors and most were hesitant to provide a solid listing price, or they gave a listing price well below what I felt the house was valued at. Eric brought me a price that he felt comfortable listing. His recommend list price was well over my expected valuation and we had it under contract in 2 weeks and closed a month later. I'd say his process is spot on. He has a great team and they are all very responsive to e-mail, voicemail, and text. When something is needed, they are right on top of it. I would definitely recommend him and use him again in the future if I need to sell a home.

Well, this is going to sound like so many of the other Five-Star reviews; they are accurate. I spoke with Eric over the phone and told him that I wasn't ready to sell but merely wanted to talk to him about possibly selling a year or so from now and if he had some advice, I would appreciate hearing it. I didn't expect him to come to my house, on time, as prepared as he was with current comparables, appraisals, etc. He did all this on his own - and - Eric is a NO PRESSURE kind of guy. I did not feel at all that he was trying to "make a sale" but that he is truly interested in an honest, professional relationship "...whether you (I) sell my home a year from now or five years from now." Eric was very focused - you could almost hear his brain thinking and evaluating everything. He also offered me some great advice on improving my property for a more profitable, quicker sale. In addition, he recommended a design contractor whom I could contact. OK...enough. Bottom line....if and when I go to sell my home, Eric is definitely at the top of the list.
