Tara McGuire is a great agent and helped me get my house sold very quickly. She arrived at our first meeting with tons of research that she had done on my neighborhood and spent a great deal of time explaining the market trends and how sales were moving in the area. She was able to sell my house for roughly 10% more than another agent had suggested. The support team was most helpful in staging my home, advising me on paint colors, photographing the home and preparing a very nice color flyer for potential buyers. We have used Tara McGuire for buying a home twice and selling once and couldn't be happier. She has great knowledge of the market, the area, and the entire process and is always well supported by the office. During our first move to the area, Tara spent an entire week with my wife showing her quite literally 60-70 houses across all of Austin. With our last purchase, we looked at a curated by Tara list of 20 houses in 1 day that provided a great overview while also focusing in on our likes and tastes. Eric Bramlett of Bramlett Residential has probably ruined any future experience I may have selling or buying a piece of real estate with any other agent. I honestly don't see how any agent will be able to compare with the service I received from Eric during my transaction. As the property involved in this sale is part of an estate that is in dependent administration, the sale required court approval at many steps during the process. Eric handled the additional headaches and holdups with professionalism and grace. He even went so far as to cover an unexpected cost out of his own pocket to keep the process moving along. In my little over half a century on this planet, seldom has any chore that I thought would be so bad turned out to be so pleasant and I honestly can say that it was mostly because of Eric's performance. I just had a fantastic experience selling my house. Bailey Moran was my agent and she was just WONDERFUL. I think it's easy for a professional to be wonderful when everything goes as planned but it is far more telling how excellent they are when things go wrong. First of all, I am a first time home seller and was completely unfamiliar with the process. Bailey did much more than answering my questions, because I didn't even know what questions to ask. She provided such thorough information in our initial consult I felt like I had an excellent grasp on the process. She provided a stager...free of charge!...who came out and gave me a complete plan on what to do to prepare my house for showings. I followed their suggestions and the offers I got on my home were staggering...so much more than I had hoped. Here's where things went wrong and Bailey really showed what a fantastic agent does. My home went under contract right when we had a huge winter storm here in Texas. I'm a nurse and I ended up being stuck at my hospital four days straight. When I was finally able to get back home I found my pipes had burst and the house was flooded. I really couldn't imagine a worse thing to have happened. The floors, baseboards and all the doors had to be torn out. There were over 30,000 claims in Austin alone, so there was a huge wait for plumbers, contractors etc...and I was supposed to be closing in two weeks! Bailey worked magic with the buyers, their realtor and even the mitigation team that dried and repaired my house... she got them to create new contracts to transfer warranties to the new buyers, she checked in with me regularly to make sure *I* was doing okay, because she knew how stressed I was. She was so reassuring and...she just handled everything. She got the closing postponed and when I finally got the repairs completed the closing went off without a hitch. She made what should have been an incredibly stressful experience SOOOO much better! I feel incredibly lucky she was my agent. And did I mention the actual sales process was so easy and she got FAR FAR more for my house than I would have ever expected? I did, but it's worth repeating. My house was only on the market for one weekend. She is simply the best.
