I recently worked with Linda and successfully on closed a property that was a bit of a long shot. We cold called and she was immediately helpful in getting us information about the place, finding out where we could get answers to some complicated zoning questions, and communicating with the seller's agent. We eventually had our offer accepted after several prior ones fell through - this was definitely a case where a good agent keeping us on the seller's radar was a necessity in making this happen. We were also able to complete the deal from out of town, which can often be difficult but Linda made it simple and straightforward. She also has a good network - we've been satisfied with the professionals that she has referred us to for inspections, etc.
I worked with Vicki Duran to pickup a lovely new build in Georgetown. I was moving from CA, so the logistics were a bit challenging, but Vicki worked with me closely to accommodate my house house search when I would come to town to view homes. She was patient, knowledgeable, professional and all around great to get to know over the course of my home search! P.S. Despite Vicki being very busy, she will always make you feel like you're her only client. Somehow, she manages to be quite responsive despite the high volume of work she comes across in today's insane Austin-area market.I would highly recommend Vicki for any real estate needs and I'll be working with her again very soon!

This is my second time working with Vicki and she's an absolute star. We loved working with her and she is one of the best in the business.10/10! Vicki is an incredible advocate for the buyer, potentially to her own detriment- which gives me a deep level of trust and confidence. She was ready to negotiate hard even when we were not, and she talked us down from overpaying for a house (when she could have gone along with it and enjoyed a better commission). She truly had our best interests from start to finish, and thanks to that she has a client for life.
I felt overall the transaction was very smooth and fast. I think communication was the key and he did pretty well. His excellent idea about the local market and communicating the same was very good throughout the process.I didn't find anything missing as all went smooth. Kasey was absolutely amazing! I came to her as an aimless buyer. I didn't know if I wanted a house or a condo, I didn't know what my budget was, I didn't know a thing about Austin, and Kasey could not have been more helpful. With one day's notice, we were in properties touring and talking through my likes and dislikes. Within two days of our first call, we had seen seventeen locations. When we finally did settle on a condo, there wasn't the perfect floor plan for me, so she took it upon herself to go off-market to see who would be willing to sell, and sure enough, she found someone. Multiple times she met me wherever I was staying and took calls well outside of business hours. She was a fantastic resource in the negotiation and then proceeded to talk to designers for me out of the kindness of her heart. I couldn't recommend Kasey enough; she will always be my go-to in Austin!
I worked with Kasey end she was amazing. We had a very strict requirement list and even created a spreadsheet with values. Kasey made sure looked at the best houses that were reasonably priced. We actually ended up finding a builder that matched all of requirements and within budget. Thanks to Kasey this process was super easy and she answered all questions around what types of things would increase the resell value. Also she was able to connect us with a great lender and after pricing around to get competitive rates Kasey’s recommendation was the one we when with.
My wife and I, somewhat on a whim, decided to start looking into options of building a home out of state, and the Austin area is where we ended up honing our search. A Yelp search for Austin realtors brought up highly rated Bramlett Residential, and a handful of other highly rated real estate firms that I ended up reaching out to so that we could recruit a realtor to teach us a bit more about the Austin area, and to help us figure out where around Austin we wanted to narrow our search. Craig McGuire from Bramlett was the first to reach out to me - within 30 mins of submitting my online inquiry, Craig reached out to me via phone to introduce himself and to gather some information about what it was my wife and I were looking for. From there, the rest is history. The most nerve wracking aspect of this process was the fact that we were out of state buyers looking to build a home in an area that my wife and I were not familiar with. On top of that, once we settled on a location, my wife & I would rarely be present during the build process. We cannot thank Craig enough for the all of his help and insight he provided us throughout the nearly 9 months of working with us. Craig made the entire process easy, and left us with much less stress than we had anticipated we'd be faced with. Craig was always willing to text, talk via phone, conduct FaceTime sessions, etc. so that we had the information we needed, to answer our questions, to walk us through the home as the build progressed, and to act as someone that gave us general guidance at any point in the process. Another thing I appreciated about Craig was his non-real estate background and what that brought to the table. Craig's personal background in both construction and lending were also extremely valuable and insightful throughout the process, and helps to shape Craig's overall value as a realtor. We were never pressured with Craig - he always wanted to make sure we were as informed as possible before making any decision. We couldn't be more pleased with Craig and what he offered us during our 9 month build process. Whether an in-state buyer, or an out-of-state buyer, I'd recommend Craig McGuire & Bramlett Residential to anyone, without question.
Austin Pitts was absolutely great to work with! He came recommended from another realtor in Dallas, and did not disappoint. His style is very laid back, and not pushy at all. He really cares about his clients and finding exactly what they want/what fits their needs. It's clear he knows the area well, and was knowledgeable on all the questions we asked. When it came to making offers, he was spot on for what would get accepted and where the house would actually trade at. Then, when it came to negotiation and expressing our concerns, he was strategic with communication to the seller's realtor and was able to help us secure the right deal. I would highly recommend working with Austin, and definitely will be for any of our future needs.
Kasey has been working with us for a long time now waiting for us to be ready to pull the trigger on that perfect house. Vicki Duran is hands down the best agent we could have asked for! My husband and I recently closed on our first house, in North Austin, and in the current market the process was even more of an emotional rollercoaster than usual. Vicki came highly recommended from friends and I would say that their glowing reviews did not even do her justice. She truly makes you feel as though you are her top priority, even though she juggles a number of clients, and even though we were new to the process and had a lot of very "newbie" questions. She's savvy and experienced and creative--all major plusses in this intimidating market. If I'm honest, we were tempted to give up more than once during the process given how challenging it is, but Vicki helped us land our dream house. We could not be happier.

I've said thank you so many times that I feel the words have lost all meaning, but I cannot thank Tara and her team enough. I was initially quite leery of entering the crazy Austin Real Estate market. I’d heard horror stories about bidding wars with over 30 offers, having to pay $100,000 over asking price, and houses not appraising for the contract price. When I first spoke with Craig McGuire of Bramlett Residential Real Estate, he was realistic about the current market, but optimistic that he would find me a place that I would love and would feel comfortable with the purchasing process. Early on, I found a couple of homes that I was tempted to submit an offer for. Craig was thorough in his research of the homes and comps and was able to steer me away from a house that was not going to appraise and another that had potential to be a messy situation all around. When I finally found “the one” Craig went above and beyond to help me put together a strong offer that I could feel comfortable with. He made himself available whenever I need to talk out the situation and alleviate any of my concerns. Ultimately, I was able to have a quick closing on a house that I love with a purchasing situation that was definitely not the nightmare that I had feared. For someone who is considering wading into the Austin Real Estate market, I wholeheartedly recommend working with Craig McGuire!
