We have used Tara McGuire for buying a home twice and selling once and couldn't be happier. She has great knowledge of the market, the area, and the entire process and is always well supported by the office. During our first move to the area, Tara spent an entire week with my wife showing her quite literally 60-70 houses across all of Austin. With our last purchase, we looked at a curated by Tara list of 20 houses in 1 day that provided a great overview while also focusing in on our likes and tastes. When we decided on our house Tara dealt directly with the builder and made our move so much easier. We really couldn't recommend her enough and will not hesitate to use her again.

Kasey Gilliam was exceptional. Not only did she find the right home for me, but she went above and beyond in so doing. I am disabled and not able to do much, so she did so many things for me so that I could make it through this process (like driving me places, getting as much done online as possible, narrowing home choices, etc.). She explained things to me very well and was supportive every step of the way. She drove me to see homes and made sure they had the necessities for me and stores/medical/etc. close enough for me to get to. She was positive, understanding, encouraging, and caring. I would recommend her to everyone without reservation. She is awesome!
Bailey Moran was our realtor for our home search. As first time homeowners, we felt overwhelmed at the start, but what we loved about Bailey is that she provided plenty of guidance and support without ever making us feel pressured or pushing us in one direction or another. At the outset, Bailey told us what to expect--giving us an overview of the whole process, her role, who else she'd bring in, and what we would need to do at any given stage. During the search, Bailey was always flexible and available for home viewings. She endured barrages of text messages from this anxiety-ridden homebuyer, and always responded kindly, patiently, and helpfully. Bailey provided guidance to us from which neighborhoods to focus on to what vendors we could use for some repairs we needed (all of whom were fantastic, by the way!). When there was an issue with the house that required repairs prior to closing, Bailey went by the house almost daily, and texted, called, and emailed with updates and pictures. In the end, the whole process felt much more effortless than I had expected, and we are so happy with our new home. If you want a genuine, empathetic, funny, and helpful realtor, Bailey's your lady. We feel so lucky to have found and worked with Bailey, and can't recommend her enough!

When my husband and I decided to move back to the Austin area we knew that we needed a great agent for making a purchase from so far away. Mia was always available for answering questions and took care of meeting with our inspector too...she even took a video of the house for us so we could see everything as if we were here. And, when our inspection paperwork became available, she was available to discuss and guide us with how to handle some of the concerns. Kasey Gilliam was wonderful to work with. She is extremely responsive, knowledgeable about the area, and really knows what to look for when walking through a house. She got to know our house needs and wants, and she was always available to answer questions about schools, neighborhoods, contracts, and closing. We moved to Austin from out of town, and because of COVID, we ended up viewing several houses-- and eventually buying a home-- over FaceTime. Kasey did a great job showing the houses over FaceTime, pointing out details, giving us a feel for the house and the street, and highlighting the pro and cons of each house based on our personal needs. Buying a house with Kasey was a great experience and I would highly recommend working with her.
Jeff was very thoughtful, considerate, and provided great communication. He was a great advocate for my mom during walk-throughs and made life easier always being with us (my daughter and me) through every step of the process.

Vicki Duran was an absolute champion! We have been looking for months in multiple areas and Vicki came in and made it all possible for us. Even during these difficult times, Vicki was able to safely show us multiple properties and professionally managed the process around all COVID-related policies and safety measures. This was a great customer experience and it's almost sad that it's over now.

All I can say is Jeff was great. We were looking for a condo in the UT campus area.We had received several mailers from area realtors/brokers who target out of state students about the benefits and requirements for obtaining in state tuition. I set them aside and thought about all the advantages of, one, getting out of the UT dorms in COVID environment, and two, in state tuition. Our daughter absolutely loves Austin and knew that is where she wanted to attend. Her program is a 5 year program so we knew she'd be in for the long haul. I found Jeff, and your brokerage firm through a Google search and Jeff promptly returned my call. I had already identified a few properties that were of interest and Jeff was great at giving me feedback since I was out of state. He was readily available to show the properties to my daughter. Jeff knew my concerns with the dense population of west campus and the "party-Greek life", security concerns, re-sale, and our desire to have a more "quite older neighborhood/community". Since we were cash buyers and the property we purchased was fairly active with showings, he wrote the contract fast and negotiated it for us over the weekend, even on a UT game day! I understand his love and loyalty to UT eventhough we are Sooners. When it came to closing and inspection, Jeff made several recommendations of service providers and I couldn't be happier with any of them.He was extremely patient with us since we were out of state buyers and I feel he genuinely looked out for our best interest. He was quick to respond and research concerns I had about a recent demolition next to the property and what could potentially be developed in the space. Although it is too early to tell, he took the effort to research the issue. Additionally, he was able to make contact for me with the HOA which was difficult for me to get a call back. I feel like I could always call on Jeff with any questions. I'm in the banking business and understand the importance of customer relationship and quick responses. I would highly recommend him and your company to any out of state buyers.
