Tara McGuire has the patience of a saint! We searched for homes in the Austin area for nearly a year before she found "the one". She learned our style quickly and was always on the search for a home for us - the problem was we were too indecisive! We contacted Bramlett Residential Real Estate late in 2016 as we were anticipating moving to Austin however plans changed and we ended up moving to Irving in 2017. We were working with Tara McGuire and even when we told her we would not be moving to Austin but to Irving instead she went above and beyond what was required of her and assisted us in finding a realtor in Irving, Kim Reding, who is wonderful. Afterwards Tara continued to check on us periodically and make sure we were being well taken care of. There are not many people out there who go out of their way to help out someone when there is nothing in it for them. We worked with Tara McGuire and really had an exceptional experience. We moved here from New York City and started our journey to finding a home here in Austin almost 2 and a half years ago. Tara was constantly communicative and helpful through our entire (quite lengthly) journey. We were not only relocating from across the country, but this was our first home buying experience. Our needs and wants for a home changed a few times and Tara was sure to promptly update our home search desires any time we let her know more precisely what we were looking for. We recently closed on a wonderful house, with the help of Vicki Duran from Bramlett Residential. Vicki helped us find our temporary rental townhouse and we decided to use her to help us with a home purchase as well. Believe it or not, the first home we toured with Vicki turned out to be The One. We decided to make an offer and found out from the listing agent a competing offer was coming in as well. We strategized with Vicki and gave it our best shot - it worked! We were in escrow a couple of days later. Vicki guided us through the whole process, providing referrals for services like home inspection, contractor work, flooring, etc. Since we are new to the area, this was very helpful. She coached us on our negotiations and, we believe, helped us to come out with the best deal possible, while maintaining a positive, cooperative relationship with the sellers. Communication is one of the biggest aspects of the Realtor/client relationship and Vicki was always quick to respond to our [many] questions, concerns, and requests. We felt like we were working with a friend, not just a hired professional. When you get a high level of professionalism, along with a relationship like that, we think that's the best combination possible. By the way, the escrow and closing went through without a hitch, thanks in large part to Vicki staying on top of the process (and the players) and making sure things were getting done.

We recently purchased a home in Round Rock and Vicki Duran was our agent. Moving is ridiculously stressful! But, moving 2,200 miles across the country in the middle of a pandemic really adds a whole other level of stress. From the beginning Bailey was incredible to work with. Answered all my questions in depth over email and phone. Once I was able to fly out to Austin she had all the houses lined up. She picked us up and drove us all over Lakeway! God Bless her! In a very short weekend we found my dream home. She was flexible to meet my family's needs, listened to all my wants and concerns. I honestly couldn't ask for a better relator! And even after closing still she's working for me and helping find a landscaper, navigating new home drama and really helping get us settled here in Austin! The transaction of this home purchase was a smooth a process as could be with a global virus. She worked closely with our good friends who were already down here to do our walk through. She was readily available for questions and offered to FaceTime for a more personal experience during closing. Next time we buy a house I pray the world isn't trying to implode! Lauren Yoder helped me purchase a home recently, and I could not recommend her more. She was so thoughtful and responsive, always sending great homes to look at and consider. She didn't mind when I would tack on extra houses to a long day of looking, and she was able to meet quickly when new houses popped up (so necessary in Austin!). She helped us put in a few offers before securing a house we loved, and she kept our spirits high throughout the process (houses are like buses - there's always another one coming, she'd say).
