I cannot say enough fantastic things about working with Tara McGuire at Bramlett Residential. When I reached out to Bramlett via the online contact tool, I had already spoken with several realtors in the Austin area. My inquiries were met with lackluster responses, likely because my husband and I didn't plan to purchase for several months. But when I contacted Bramlett Residential at 10pm on a weeknight, Tara called me first thing the next morning. She encouraged us to visit Austin soon, since we are relocating from Dallas, to get an idea of the neighborhoods and market. During this exploratory trip, we felt no pressure to buy ahead of our schedule. She gave us a great overview of central Austin neighborhoods and helped us narrow down the best areas for us. As we watched desirable properties sell in 1-2 days in our ideal neighborhood, my husband and I decided to offer on properties earlier than we planned. Tara helped us construct desirable offers that won the deal two-out-of-three times in multiple offer situations. We offered and were accepted on a property that we expected to have some foundation problems. Tara arranged for multiple foundation repair experts to evaluate the property before the inspection and send estimates. When it turned out that the foundation was very severely damaged, we were able to walk away before the inspection, saving us the additional expense. I never felt pressured to continue with a purchase that turned out to require more than I felt comfortable taking on; in fact, Tara made sure that I knew exactly how much of a project it would be. We are now under contract for our second property, past the option period, and closing is right around the corner. We are very pleased that we are ending up in our ideal neighborhood and in a house we love. Tara is very prompt with email and texts, and she's enthusiastic at every step. Be sure to ask her for vendor recommendations as well! She seems to know all of the best people for mortgages, insurance, and more-with the most competitive pricing. I hope we stay in our new home for a long time, but we will definitely be using Tara for all of our real estate needs, as well as recommending her to everyone we know.
I worked with Tara McGuire at Bramlett on a property purchase in the Austin area. We are moving from California and didn't really know the area. We are purchasing multiple homes for our own property, and for rental investments. Tara knows the Austin market VERY well and told us where we would optimize on our investments. She not only understands the purchase market, she knows strong rental markets and was very attentive to our needs and responsive to our questions. She handled our walk with our builder since I was in California, and connected me with a fantastic broker who bent over backward to get us the best pricing options too! If you are looking for an excellent realtor in Austin area, don't look any further ... Eric is the one! Period !! He has all you wish to see in a great realtor. A friend of mine who had a successful experience with Eric recommended him to me. I had no experience in real estate as I was about to buy my first home. So I was very unsure about the right direction but with Eric's help, I soon began to learn about my options. He is extremely knowledgeable about Austin real estate so you can totally rely on him and feel safe and confident. He knows Austin's market extremely well. It took me about three months to find the house I like. During the course of these three months, Eric worked patiently with me and went out of his way to make sure I'll find the house that I can call it my home. He provides a truly personalized service and he doesn't treat you as just another client. He develops a feeling of who you are and what you need first before providing you with his suggestions. He was very prompt on phone and e-mail. The MLS website he setup for me was really helpful and in fact I found my house on his list. The entire process went very smoothly due to Eric's excellent guidance and referrals and my first home buying experience turned out to be a pleasant one. Apart from his expertise in real estate, he is a great guy and it is always fun to talk to him or meet him. At some point I felt like he was my family member and it is a true impression that you will get from him and he is not faking it at all. He is so real. We found Eric Bramlett via an online realty website listing Austin area realtors. Because we were impressed with the ratings he received from other home buyers, we contacted him and one other larger Austin firm to interview as potential realtors when we decided to relocate to the Austin area. We first met with the large firm and were dismayed at the way we would be passed from employee to employee for each step of the process. We then met with Eric and were impressed at his reassurance that he would be 'our guy' throughout the entire process. And he was right. Eric was always quick to respond to all forms of communication and answer all of our questions. We were never pushed off onto other employees in his office, although they were always available if we needed them, and were always made to feel like we were a priority. Eric's personality, honesty and experience made our relocation to Austin seamless. We truly felt like no one could have served us better. He is knowledgeable, friendly, willing to share his honest opinion, and yet allowed us to come to our own decisions. We could not recommend Eric Bramlett more highly. I moved from Seattle to Austin, TX, this summer, and I started working with Eric a week before I made the initial drive to Austin. I continued to work with Eric during the drive and for two months after that while my family was packing up and preparing to join me. Eric was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He also went above and beyond dozens of times. I have bought two previous houses, and both of those agents were very good, but Eric has been the best.
We initially contacted Eric 2 years ago because we were interested in moving to Austin and he had really good reviews. He immediately put together a list of homes for us to look at and they were all exactly what we were looking for. Eric gave us all the in and outs of the Austin area and he really made us fall in love with the place. We found Eric through an internet search a few years ago when we were planning a move to Austin from out of state and we are so glad that we did! From the very beginning, Eric and his team were helpful and available for everything that we needed. We ended up purchasing two houses with the help of Eric and that was three years ago. During those three years, Eric has stayed in contact and helped us with any questions that we had (long after the sale was over) and offered assistance finding contractors, etc. Three years later, we just sold one of our houses with the help of Eric and his team and it sold in two days! Talk about a great experience!! We were looking for a buyer's agent to help us in our UT Austin campus area condo search (we are from WA so we had one weekend to cram it all in).
