We worked with agent Kristin Wellborn. This was our fifth house bought/sold over the past 28 years and Kristin is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with (not even close). In this case, we were buyers. Kristin possesses incredible knowledge about the Austin area. We resided in another state (1,400 miles away) and had to purchase our house without being able to visit in person. We completely relied on her understanding of the various towns and neighborhoods. She sent us many, many videos and frank assessments about the myriad properties for sale that she visited on our behalf. Kristin respected our wishes concerning the purchase process (no bidding wars!) and in the end negotiated a great deal on our behalf, below both list and the lender-appraised value. Our offer to the seller was based on well-researched comparables and was immediately accepted. (BTW: we were not "high-end" buyers; our purchase price was about average for Austin. Rest assured: Kristin will work tirelessly on your behalf regardless of your price level.) She kept in constant contact with us, seven days a week. Honestly, it would be impossible to find a more dedicated agent.

Linda Baddour goes above and beyond in representing my wife and I during our home building process. She came to every walk through and inspection that I asked to her to go to and was even available while I myself was not able to attend. What I loved most about Linda's professionalism was the type of questions she would ask our builder in person and via email. Questions I didn't even think to ask myself. I had a great experience with Bramlett Residential. This is my second remote purchase with them. I worked with Vicki Duran again and she was exceptional as always. Incredibly on top of her email and crucial follows ups during the home buying process. She goes above and beyond when it comes to time sensitive communications during the initial stages of closing. Also, as a remote buyer, she was helpful in touring places and showing them to me via video calling. Eric was excellent representing us as Buyers. He was very helpful locating markets that fit our budget, and invested a lot of his time showing us multiple properties. Great communication and response time(s) always spot on. His attention to detail when writing the contract is what elevated our offer to the top. When we attended an open house on Halloween he sacrificed his afternoon/evening to put in our offer, ultimately getting us a great house in Buda!
