After renting in Austin for 9 years, Corrine turned me into an Austin homeowner! This wasn't easy, as I picked the most challenging year in recent history to be a homebuyer. Also given the parameters that I didn't want to move to the outskirts of town to be far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Corrine spent many hours each day gathering houses to consider, creating a list to visit, and driving me to probably close to 30 houses over roughly a month. We made offers on five houses that I recall, as Corrine guided me through that challenging process. And while I was approaching the point of giving up, Corrine refused to do the same -- so thankful, as it resulted in the offer on the 5th house being accepted! Corrine is an amazing person! She knew from the beginning that we were in a time crunch to find a rental property. We saw 8 properties on the first day and had several more lined up just in case. Corrine is a top class realtor. She is smart, responsive and is focused on getting the most value for her clients. Corrine helped me with my first home purchase at probably one of the worst times to be a buyer in Austin. She was fantastic!! She first set up a call to go over my wants and needs and explain next steps. Then started pulling searches for me. She was very attentive and made notes and actioned on any listings I liked in the portal we worked out of. When I finally found my house, again, she was there every step of the way. We worked with Crystal Hirst from Bramlett Residential to sell our house right when the market had totally crashed. She was unbelievably amazing! I have never seen anyone work harder and try more things than Crystal did to sell our house. She even went as far as offering to help us paint a room of our house that was painted in an unappealing color to most buyers. She paid for our house to be staged, and she just kept tweaking things until we were able to get the outcome we wanted. When there was a decision to be made, she gave us a clear and honest perspective from both sides of the issue--never trying to sway us to what would benefit her the most. I have worked with one other real estate agent previously and heard many stories about other agents from friends, and I can tell you that I will always work with Crystal and Bramlett for my real estate needs. I don't think I could overstate how pleased my husband and I were with our realtor Crystal Hirst. We were moving to a brand new state and were first time homebuyers with varying ideas about what we might want from our first home. Crystal was able to see through the "noise" and presented great options for us. She viewed homes for us before we even made it to TX (she takes really great video tours or will video chat while there). This allowed us to minimize our time in temporary housing when we arrived. My first review ever given goes to Philip Myers, who was instrumental in securing a home for us. Let me tell you we started searching and was very disappointed in our search. We were not able to make big offers and with that said Philip didn't give up on us, we spent almost a year going back and forth on different types and locations all not in the area we were dreaming.
Well now we ran across the one in the right area and price range, but again stiff competition from investors and flippers. This is where a great agent can make or break your deal as he has the ear of the listing agent and is able to speak on your behalf. This is where Philip shines, he spoke on our behalf still to this day what that sounded like we do not know, but after meeting the listing agent and hearing her comments we knew Philip had been very good at what he does.
I found Philip to be Stead Fast with his commitment to our wants and was instrumental in helping us land a home that checked all the boxes we had originally asked him to find. He had a tall order as we had a budget that was not very wide in range in seller’s market. Wife and I are very indebted to Philip for staying with it and not give up on us.
I don't give reviews everyone wants one before you even finish a transaction with that said we will be giving Philip our listing when we sell a few years from now when we retire to my wife's country.

I was referred to Kasey Gilliam through a friend and was told that I’d be in good hands if I were to use her as my realtor and I’m so glad I did! This is my second time now using Corrine Elgin (a realtor with this group), once for a lease, and once to purchase a brand new home! Vivia Robertson did an amazing job helping us find our home in Austin. I would highly recommend her. She is such a kind and genuine person and did a great job at truly understanding our needs and helping us narrow down properties based on those needs. We were moving from out of town and Vivia always helped to best accommodate our schedule and set us up with very efficient plans for viewing homes when we were in town. She even previewed some homes for us and sent detailed videos to us ahead of time to help further tailor our search when we had limited in person time. Jan was wonderful to work with! Bringing a toddler while house-hunting can be a nightmare, but Jan made it fun for all of us. It felt more like exploring the area with family. We didn’t feel any rush or pressure to buy, and we knew Jan had our best interests in mind. She was always friendly, but when it came time to negotiate, she fought hard to get us the best deal. Molly Parks is justly extraordinary! I was impressed with her knowledge of the Austin housing market. Molly was responsive whenever I wanted to see a property. She did an incredible job with all the information gathering for each property that I wanted to tour, and steered me in the best direction when it was time to make an offer. Molly was really straightforward about the pros and cons and strategy when I made offers on each property. It was a hot housing market in the Austin arena and Molly handled the stress of it effortlessly. Me, on the other hand…I was a basket case and was blessed to have Molly to hold my hand.
