Will Mackintosh and his staff at Bramlett Residential are the definition of professionals. I needed a real estate expert to help me sell my late relative’s condo, and after a previous bad experience with a different realtor, I was anxious about being rushed into a bad deal. I needed someone who would listen and be patient with me and the probate process. Will came by the property, took a quick tour and sat down with me and listened to my concerns. He laid out everything that Bramlett would do to make my experience as smooth as possible and I was convinced I called the right place. The patience Will and his staff had with me was a god-send. The probate process ended up taking much longer than anticipated, and he stuck with me for 7 months! He always kept me in the loop, let me know what my next steps were, and he even answered my late night texts when I had a nagging question! The photographer Will has did an incredible job showcasing the property and he even connected me with lawn guys and a cleaning crew. The online accessibility to view the property was incredible, it seemed like the property was on every single realty website. Although I don’t anticipate needing a realtor in the near future, please believe that Will and Bramlett are going to be my first call. Will Mackintosh at Bramlett Residential is that type of agent and he helped us sell our home even after the interest rate hike in August 2022. There aren't enough positive adjectives for me to describe Lindsey's working style. If I HAD to pick 5 I'd say she is Knowledgeable, Thorough, Clear, Dependable and Patient. She sold me my first ever property last spring and made sure to address every question I had, never making me feel silly for asking it, or not knowing. A little over a year later, when my work took me from Austin to NYC Lindsey made the process of identifying a tenant seamless. In fact, I left for NYC almost immediately, and Lindsey took care of everything back in Austin. Lynn was a pleasure to work with and was a tremendous help in navigating a tricky market. She was patient and always available for questions, and always diligent in giving opinions based on her own experience while never making any claims about things that couldn't be known for certain or were outside her role. Her patience was incredibly appreciated as we went through every stage of small multifamily, from house to condominium and back, and was always receptive to new search terms and reaching out to see all options.
She worked really well with the team I chose, and had great industry contacts to recumbent, to make the closing process as smooth as possible. There were surprisingly few last-minute fire drills, and for those that did come up, she was more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure they would be resolved. As a first-time buyer, it's hard to not fixate on little things, and again Lynn would make sure that the focus remained on the big picture goal to get the deal across the finish line.

In a nutshell I met Gina via email on Feb 24th and I closed on my house on March 29th. I looked for two weeks and made two bids. Gina never pressured me or pushed me to bid higher than I wanted which turned out perfectly because the second house was THE one. She managed my expectations about the market and that it would be tough buying. She answered all of my questions and was SO supportive. She gave me the perfect advice and I was able to put in a bid that the seller liked enough so they didn’t even have an open house. And feedback from the seller was they not only liked my numbers but they liked how buttoned up and packaged my bid was and that was 100% Gina. I would not hesitate to recommend Gina to anyone!

Julie had leased our property as a corporate rental before we decided to sell it. She got us a good monthly rate and kept it leased continuously. When we decided to sell, the market was slower than we expected and, although we had a really nice property, we were a little worried it wouldn’t sell quickly or at an acceptable price. Julie’s marketing and pricing strategies were smart though and we had multiple offers we were happy with 4 days after it was listed. She made the process easy and fairly stress free. Enjoyed working with her!

I missed the bubble when listing my home but Jeremy had the house staged; had an Open House and Bramlett sent me notices via email when the house had been looked at by a prospective buyer. I put a lot of work and money into necessary renovations but Jeremy kept me informed as to the status of buyers. I asked him to put up extra For Sale signs around the entrances to the neighborhood for extra visibility. The house was posted the day after Labor Day and closed 11/10/2022.
