My husband and I both accepted jobs in Austin at the end of June to start in mid-July, relocating from Cincinnati. We wanted to find a home that we could move into pretty quickly, which meant we needed a realtor who could work with us right away. Vicki Duran of Bramlett was fantastic. I read some reviews and reached out to her, and she was able to meet us two days later and spend a whole weekend looking at houses with us. She even offered to pick us up from the airport! Without her dedication, we could not have found the house we are in now. We didn't find a house the weekend we were here and ended up putting an offer in on a house that Vicki went to see for us when we were back in Cincinnati. She gave us details on the house that weren't listed online and advised us on the best offer we could make and we got the house! Vicki L Duran was a great pleasure to work with. I'm trying to make a move from one state to another and I have to say that Vicki was great helping us out to see our options. Vicki was very nice and professional and understanding. Willing to help and find our needs. Even though we are not ready to buy this instinct, she took the time to show us around and give us feedback to the areas. I'm sure we will be using her as soon as we can be able to finalize this long process of us making a move from one state to another. I highly recommend her. We recently closed on a house where Vicki Duran represented us and we had a wonderful experience throughout the process - right from putting in an offer all the way to the closing. We reached out to Vicki a few years ago when we were in the market for a house but then our plans changed and we put the home buying on hold. When we were ready again we contacted Vicki and I was happy to see that she still remembered us and was very responsive to us even though she was busy with a lot of other clients. To whom it may concern; Ahem... Vicki Duran was an absolute rock star! Abridged Version: We closed on time at a lower price than expected and could not be happier! Unabridged Version: As a first time home buyer, she repeatedly handed me answers to questions I hadn't even come up with yet. Then for those few questions that did manage to remain unanswered long enough to leave my mouth, she quickly produced either answers or resources where I could find said answers. Our home viewing tour that ranged all over the greater North Austin area was exceedingly well organized (everything moved quick, but nothing felt rushed). Then, after we pounced on a new construction, Vicki made herself available to help us review the builder's contract and walked through the property with us for the pre-closing inspection. I'm pretty sure she had some magical surgeon in a far-off land swap her human eyes out for those of a falcon, but I didn't get a good enough look to confirm this.

We are first time home buyers and not only was she prompt in answering our questions and concerns, (and let me tell you, we ask a lot of questions) but she also would go as far as to give us extra information that we did not think to ask her. If we forgot something, we knew that we could rely on Vicki to bring these things to our attention. She was our realtor as well as our counselor for buying a home. She even went out of her way as we approached our closing date and helped us with our walkthrough!
