She always made herself available to show properties either the same day or the next - which can make all the difference when properties sell the same weekend. I've heard from many people, buying your first house is a nightmare and stressful, anxiety inducing grueling process. Those people have clearly not had the pleasure of working with Craig McGuire with Bramlett Real Estate! My spouse and I were lucky enough to be put in touch with Craig from a referral from a friend, and from our first conversation, we knew he was looking out for our best interests and wanted to make as much of our dreams a reality within our budget. Craig was excited and upbeat and positive throughout the whole process. The Austin market is crazy right now and almost disheartening for newbie buyers, but Craig assured us all would work out fine and squashed any doubt or fear we felt creeping in. He answered every single question we had and gave us a timeline on how things would progress along the way. My husband and I had the great privilege to work with Linda Baddour, who guided us through our first-time home buying experience! I appreciated her extensive knowledge of the city as she was able to point out the best neighborhoods that suited our taste. She clearly knows the city extremely well and has witnessed Austin's phenomenal growth through the years. We found Linda patient, thorough and with fantastic communication skills. When I wanted to see the condo additional times to check for various details (condition of the tiles, direction of light at different times of the day, etc)... she was happy to make herself available. She also had professional recommendations for various repairs we were thinking about. And my husband I never felt rushed -- we went from looking at ranch properties to realizing we really wanted to be closer to town. Lastly, when we finally put an offer on the most amazing condo, I was impressed when she called us with this update: "Well, the owner had multiple offers... but they've accepted yours!" That's the kind of realtor you want on your side and we couldn't be more grateful for the guidance she provided every single step of the way. Everything with our home buying process went astonishingly smoothly, from the first call with Craig for him to get a sense of what we were looking for all the way through closing. My husband and I kept joking that something was bound to go wrong since 2020 has been rough in so many ways, but we were both incredibly pleased when everything went perfectly. Craig went above and beyond to help us through this process. Being first-time, out-of-state home buyers, we started out intimidated by the process and a bit overwhelmed by all of the moving pieces. But Craig was there from start to finish, taking as much time as we needed to answer all of our questions, big and small, in a knowledgeable and friendly way. We put a lot of trust in Craig since we were still out of town for the final walkthrough and closing and he exceeded our expectations with his attention to detail, his responsiveness, his standing up for our needs with the builders, and how well he kept us in the loop each step of the way. I know he balances a bunch of clients at once, but we always felt like his top priority and we simply couldn't be any happier with his work. Everything was just that perfect. This was an incredible experience and we're so happy in our new home!
When it comes to Real Estate Agents, Patrick is as patient, helpful, and enthusiastic as they come! As a first-time home-buyer, I was very nervous and apprehensive about the process. He walked me through every single step in great detail, including my best options for pre-approval loans and financial advisement. I could not be happier with the outcome! Patrick went above and beyond the general role of an agent, gathering TONS of useful information to help in our decision-making process. The Austin market is very competitive and moves extremely quickly, which was no problem for Patrick. He worked around the clock to make sure that we were at the top of the offering line-up as soon as we showed interest in a home. We were able to snag our dream starter home because we were the first to put in a backup offer after Patrick speedily secured the information we needed to make the decision. I cannot recommend Patrick enough, and if we purchase another home or piece of land he will be the first person I contact.
My husband and I were first-time home buyers and were a bit overwhelmed by the whole process, but Chris Johnson's knowledge, confidence, and friendly personality helped us to have a good experience and of course helped us get into our dream home! Chris walked us through the entire process and answered all of our questions even when they weren't really in his field, and he is very responsive and was flexible with his schedule to attend our various viewings, walk-throughs, and the closing. Working with Lauren was the absolute best. She made sure we understood the process from beginning to end and was always on top of it when there was something we needed to do. This was so important to us as first-time home buyers, because at times we didn't know what types of questions we should be asking Lauren and ourselves and how the process all came together. Additionally, we felt like we could really trust Lauren to give us her honest, professional opinion when visiting a property - she was looking out for what worked for us and what we wanted, not just trying to sell us a house as quickly as possible. My boyfriend and I could say great things about Lauren all day and there wasn't anything we thought she could do better on. Worked with Craig McGuire this year before and after Covid started popping up. Incredibly helpful, polite, patient, and professional. As a first time home buyer, he took me all across Austin and North Austin, and helped me in a million ways I couldn't have imagined. I ended up getting a house I am very happy with in Leander, Tx at a good price. He was very responsive, and discussed exactly what I was looking for in a house and investment property. He recommended a house inspector I was very happy with, and was willing to visit properties on fairly short notice, and staying out fairly late after work. He was able to point out a lot of flaws in a house that I would never have noticed, and was very down to earth. He didn't push a sale, and didn't question if I was wasting him time. (I had him look at a very large range of cheaper and more expensive houses.) I can be a bit of a nervous person, so I hate the idea of wasting others time, but he was very respectful and open to every house that I brought up. Some of these houses were very important learning experiences as I started to better understand the area, which made me feel confident when I finally found the right one at the right price. Craig helped me through the entire process, keeping me posted on email, and setting me up to look at houses in a very large area. When he didn't know something (San Antonio Market) he recommended someone else to work with. I was incredibly happy with Craig's assistance. I'll be using him again if I need to buy another house in the area and have already recommended him to some of my friends. Please consider calling him and look at a few houses together. I believe that he will impress.
Lauren came recommended by two completely separate friends to me and my fiancé when searching for our first home and we are so thankful that we got set up with her! Lauren was phenomenal to work with. She did all of the things you would hope for from a realtor in terms of timeliness and organization; AND she went ABOVE AND BEYOND for everything else! When we walked through houses Lauren was able to use her expertise to guide us to a house that would be within our budget, a smart investment, and a house that does not cause us an insurmountable amount of work. Lauren was able to guide us through the incredibly competitive offer process to get a house. She was able to get us moving quickly to see the house and put in an offer quickly. Even more importantly she was able to make sure we offered a competitive offer not only with knowing the market and prices but also by changing up our contract creatively to get the seller's attention. After the offer process Lauren was even more helpful by making sure we were coordinated with all of the folks we were working with and that we knew all of the tasks that we needed to get done. And even when Lauren was temporarily unable to meet us at houses she made sure to set us up with Katie who was able to help us through the processes! It feels challenging to even sum up everything that Lauren did throughout the house buying process - we are so grateful to have worked with her and recommend Lauren to anyone and everyone who is interested in buying a house!

Even when we had a setback she got us through them like a champ and was even able to get us some additional appliances! We just closed on our first home after working with Bailey Moran at Eric Bramlett Residential, and can not recommend her enough! The current Austin market is crazy, and we were so thankful for Bailey's insight and expertise throughout the process. We were moving from out of state, and she spent a lot of time in the beginning getting to know us and our interests and expectations, which was really helpful as she was providing direction. She took an entire day driving us all over Austin through different towns and neighborhoods, even as the infamous snow storm was rolling in. She also spent multiple days over several weekends looking at houses and taking videos for us. She was impartial as she toured the houses so that we could generate our own opinions, but also answered our questions honestly when we had uncertainties about one thing or another. We were also constantly impressed by her knowledge of the market in different neighborhoods, with the offers coming in at 10, 20, and up to 30% above asking price. She has clearly done her research (and keeps up with the ever-changing data and trends) and will always go the extra step to answer all of your questions. At our introduction meeting, she was warm and knowledgeable. She asked a lot of questions about our needs and plans for the property. Based on the information we provided to her, she helped us identify the property that fits in our budget and meets our needs. During the purchasing process, she ensured our communication with the seller opened all the time. She responded to the questions and inquiries from us and the seller quickly and updated us with new information promptly. She is reliable and pays attention to details. When she represented us at the final walkthrough, she identified important deficiency that was missed by the third-party inspector. We appreciate her knowledge, honesty, and hard work.

We are first time home buyers and not only was she prompt in answering our questions and concerns, (and let me tell you, we ask a lot of questions) but she also would go as far as to give us extra information that we did not think to ask her. If we forgot something, we knew that we could rely on Vicki to bring these things to our attention. She was our realtor as well as our counselor for buying a home. She even went out of her way as we approached our closing date and helped us with our walkthrough! As first time homebuyers I anticipated this to be a rocky venture, and it did not disappoint. However, Tyson Hombroek was concise and patient with us throughout the whole process. Buying in the Austin area is tough right now. The market was not on our side but I always felt like Tyson was. He helped us find homes we could afford and make the most competitive offers we could. What we thought would be months of hunting was only a few weeks. And after the contract was drawn up and negotiated, Tyson helped us through the whole closing process. I could not recommend a better realtor for first time homebuyers.
We were first home buyers and had little knowledge about the hunting process. One of our friends suggested Bailey Moran and we are so glad he did. Bailey was truly exceptional to work with. She explained us the process and answered all our questions patiently. She is really knowledgable about the area and helped us narrow down our neighborhood. We visited multiple houses and she would explain positives and negatives of each of the houses we visited. Eventually we settled on a new construction which took a total of 6 months to complete.Bailey was always available and responsive throughout and always made time for us. Bailey attended all our meetings with the builders and even helped choose our options to increase the our home. Our builder was a little difficult to work with but Bailey expertly followed up with them and made sure all the deliverables were met and we were happy. To sum it up I would say Bailey is the best.
