Tara McGuire was our buying realtor. We were first time home buyers, and pretty nervous. Tara patiently answered all of our questions, took us on tours, and helped us through the entire mortgage process. She was there 100% for anything we needed. Me and my husband got the opportunity to work with Bailey Moran at Brammlett Residential. Buying a house (especially if it's your first one) is really scary and overwhelming! So it is important to work with the right real estate agent! We literally weren't sure what we wanted and we didn't have a car then. She picked us up each time to show us all around Austin area without any complaints during such a difficult time (2020-covid19). Our lease was ending and we had a tight schedule to find a house we really love. However, Bailey made this stressful process as easy and fun as possible. She was always available to view any property within 24 hours. She is very knowledgeable, professional and on top of all that absolutely down to earth and such a sweetheart! She is also very honest, so be ready to hear warnings from her about the houses you actually fall in love with! Thanks to her, not only we now have the best house we could have ever asked for and actually were ready to pay the whole price, but she also negotiated 30k discount from the listing price! I couldn't recommend you enough how great and easy this experience was with Bailey as well as the entire Bramlett team.
We couldn't have been happier with Tara McGuire and Bramlett for our first home-buying experience! Tara is extremely organized, uber-responsive, and has this process down - all of which made me feel very confident from the start. Plus, she's super friendly and fun to hang out with while looking at houses. She turned around our offer in less than 24 hours (!) and when it was accepted she had her inspector there the next day; she even called her foundation expert for a second opinion. In the meantime she gave us her top recommendations for lenders and insurance (all of whom were great). She thinks of everything and is well-connected. We were first-time homebuyers and our friends who had worked with Lauren Yoder before highly recommended her. Lauren was a dream to work with and the whole process went really smoothly because of all the hard work that Lauren did behind-the-scenes on our behalf. She made every interaction that we had with the other parties involved as painless as possible, and always had a smile on her face. We had a great experience with Lauren from the start. I think that Lauren listened really well to our wants and needs, and she delivered on most of the properties that we viewed. She had her ear to the ground and even showed us a property that hadn't gone on the market yet, and it was nearly perfect. When it came to the property that we finally decided on, we felt that Lauren wasn't just our agent, she was an advocate for us and was instrumental in negotiating an arrangement that worked for both the sellers and us. Other than that, I really appreciated her patience in explaining various aspects of the process to us, her candor about what seemed like market value for any properties, and her diligence in curating listings that would appeal to us, by again, taking feedback from each property we saw. Despite the various hardships involved in buying a place in these uncertain times, Lauren always seemed on top of it all and things just went really smoothly. All in all, Lauren was amazing, and we would highly recommend her to any of our friends if they were in the market to buy a property. If you're in the market for a new home, seek Lauren out. We're so thankful to her and she's awesome!

Lauren Yoder helped me buy my first home. The transaction went incredibly smooth. Lauren was proactive about getting me to address things on my end before they became hiccups, and I have the strong impression she was working the other side just as much to make sure that even if there were issues, I'd never know it on my end. Her initial offer of a consultation - essentially an educational session about real estate - was unique; I haven't had another realtor do that, and I didn't realize how much I wanted it until she offered. She has infinite patience for questions. I also admire her loyalty to her network, her transparency, and her obvious commitment to ethics.

We worked with Vicki Duran to purchase our first home. We chose to go with her after speaking with several other realtors and we're glad we did. As first-time buyers we knew nothing about the process and Vicki helped us navigate every step of the way. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough and generous with her time.
