After months spinning my wheels, I decided to make a cold-call to Bramlett Residential to see if I could find a buyer's agent that worked for me. Look no further. As a first-time homebuyer, Patrick had my back every step of the way. His knowledge of the Austin neighborhoods is deep and further broadened by the unique perspective of a fellow cyclist. We immediately starting making lists of homes/properties, and within a day's notice, he'd have timely, organized schedules of how to catch them all. In the unforgiving early-2021 Austin market, he even managed to renegotiate my contract to save me a bundle. Once we connected it didn't take long to sign, Patrick was very knowledgeable in making strong offers in a very competitive market.

The transaction was easy and clear. As first time home buyers, we were unsure of a lot of the documentation and processes. Philip did an amazing job at walking us through the process, breaking down each step and providing us clear deadlines that we needed. Philip was honest, empathetic and moved FAST. He could meet us at a home within an hour and provide his expert opinion when asked. He is clearly an expert in the Austin market. Also, he connected us with Contractors who will help us renovate our new condo and helped us stay under budget. I am a huge advocate for constructive criticism but Philip honestly did everything we could ever dream of. He was outstanding.

We are first-time home buyers who are relatively new to Austin, but we were nevertheless able close on the first home on which we made an offer with the help of our agent, Linda Baddour. We came in knowing very little about the process, but Linda guided us at each step of the way and promptly responded to any questions we had. We appreciated that she took the time to show us a range of properties to help us understand what exactly we were looking for and also alerted us when new homes came on the market that fit our criteria. She provided valuable insight into what we should expect and prepare for in a volatile market. While we reached out to a number of mortgage lenders and homeowner's insurance agents, we ended up with the ones Linda recommended as they offered the best rates and found us the best coverage for the price. All in all, we had a great experience working with Linda and should we ever choose to move, would be delighted to work with her again as sellers.
We worked with Tyson Hombroek to buy our first home. Tyson was fantastic from beginning to end. As first time home buyers the process is very intimidating looking from the outside but from the first phone call we had with Tyson he helped us understand what we were doing and helped us set our expectations. Tyson was very responsive and really put our needs above all else, he even helped us make sure we stayed within our budget and let us know if he didn't think houses we were looking at were realistic. He was very detail oriented in tours and walkthroughs and drew our attention to things we would have missed. I worked with Jeremy Vandermause to buy my first home. Jeremy was so patient throughout the process (which I definitely dragged out as I gathered all the facts). He consistently sent me homes I was interested in and was eager to show them off, and on the odd occasions where I found one he hadn't already seen he always made himself available to walk through with me.
