Austin Pitts is my realtor for life! We were taking a walk one Friday evening, and saw a for sale sign in front of our favorite house in the neighborhood. I immediately texted Austin, who set a showing for 10:00am the next day. We had an offer in on Saturday afternoon, under contract by Monday, and he even referred us to a lender that closed us in 3 weeks! He was also able to create a relationship with the seller’s agent so we knew where we had to be in order to come in with the most attractive bid - all without feeling like we overpaid because we knew what the next highest offer was. I cannot recommend Austin enough, if you are looking for an agent that knows the Austin market, who better than someone that was named after the town!
This is my fourth...yes, my fourth real estate transaction with Tara McGuire! I've used Tara to buy and sell our family home, and then again for investment properties. Buying and/or selling a home today in Austin, TX can be very overwhelming, as this city is in such high demand and the desire for homes are outweighing the supply. Tara has been in Austin and in the real estate industry for over 20 years, so she is not only a top agent in Austin, she's a local! There was never a question I had to ask because it was already answered. She simplified every complication, minimized every major detail and ensured that every base was covered. One of her greatest qualities is that she is far more than just an agent to her clients. She's honest and goes above and beyond her role as a sales representative to ensure her clients are making sound decisions. She truly gets to know her clients and works tirelessly to find the perfect fit for their family. Client's that work with her don't just thank her and move on; they continue to have a longstanding relationship that includes forever having her in your corner for advice on any and everything Austin. She's the definition of your superhero! Buying or selling is such an emotionally fragile time and Tara will hold your hand through it all. She will be your suit of armor and go to bat for you all through the county. Tara will continue working with you until you have exactly what you desire, while honestly telling you what you can and cannot afford, should do, shouldn't do, need to do, etc. Home buying and selling is a stressful but exciting time and can make some people (like me) turn into a crazy person, but Tara will keep you calm and positive. Most importantly, she always works her magic and somehow, someway, she makes every part of the entire transaction perfect and you end up with way more than you wanted!
After a great first experience with Vicki Duran, we decided to reach out to her to help us find a home for our parents. And just like the first time it went great, Vicki continues to be extremely kind, patient and responsive, she helped us find a home to our needs and within our budget that our parents love. Thank you very much Vicki!
We worked with Craig McGuire in our Austin house search, and he is awesome! Thanks to him, we closed successfully on our new home. Being first time home buyers, we did not understand the process and steps involved. And to make matters worse, the Austin housing market was absolutely crazy for buyers. Craig was very patient with us, guiding us through the home buying process, answering our questions and helping us understand the local real-estate trends. He would always double check if we are comfortable with the price we are bidding, to ensure we are thinking it through and not making an impulsive bid out of frustration. Very professional, always responsive and reliable. Will definitely recommend Craig to my friends.
We moved the whole family to Austin for a career change and jumped right into a hectic seller’s market, looking to buy a home. A friend had recommended Bramlett Residential and introduced us to Tyson via email. Tyson got a list from us detailing the specific things we needed in our new home. He used this to generate possibilities in a list which he emailed to us frequently while we settled affairs out of state. After a few weeks, we had a great collection of homes that were the right size, within our budget, and in the area we wanted to live. We moved into a temporary rental and started viewing homes with Tyson. Over the course of several evenings, Tyson led us all over the north Austin area looking at different homes. He fine-tuned what he showed us next based on things we liked or did not. He even recognized a listing that was tantamount to a scam and steered us clear of it. Eventually, we found a home that checked all the boxes and then some. Tyson went to bat for us and even had to wrangle the listing agent a bit over some things she had missed. We were glad for his advocacy and despite an almost hostile market for buyers, purchased our new home within a month of moving to Austin. Tyson was a consummate professional. He was patient, and worked hard to find my family a home that suited all our needs. During our move I had a friend tell me he wanted to relocate his family out to the Austin area. I connected him to Bramlett without hesitation and they are closing on a home as I write this
Our search for a realtor in the Austin area began and ended with Linda Baddour. She is the epitome of professionalism, helping us at every step of the process and she went above and beyond to make our homebuying experience a possibility in spite of the unbelievably competitive market. We were hoping to move within a specific timeframe and she worked extremely hard to facilitate several home viewings (virtual and in-person while we visited for a single weekend) ultimately enabling us to close on a brand new home resale within 45 days of beginning our search with an offer that was under asking + while coordinating 95% of the details out-of-state. I would recommend Linda to anyone in search of a fantastic, experienced and efficient realtor in the Austin area and I look forward to working with her again.
Tara is a wonderful realtor. I had a historic multi-family Clarksville home in downtown Austin. I had a bad first experiance with another realtor and agency. I contacted Bramlett Realtors after terminating that contract and reached Tara. I explained to her that the property I was wanting to sell was a historic one of a kind downtown property. Although the property had an amazing location and alot of historic charm and some beautiful artistc upgrades, it was going to be hard to sell. It was a complicated one of a kind property, that required more atttention then other sales. Tara did a great job. She secured banks that were able to finance our one of a kind multi-family sale if neccessary. Tara stuck by me after three contracts fell through. We ended up securing an all cash contract and closed in ten days. I was very lucky to find Tara. She did a great job representing me, and I felt like she had my back during entire time of representation. I highly recomend Tara and Braumlet Realtors for someone looking for a sellers representation realtor.
My husband and I were planning a move to Austin TX and Vicki Duran was our realtor throughout these last 6 months. She has always been available and knowledgeable about the home buying process. She is professional, courteous and I recommend her for anyone looking to buy in the Austin area. Unfortunately, we could not complete our move to Austin due to unforeseen circumstances but given the chance, I'd work with Vicki again and again! Thanks again for everything Vicki!
Worked with Craig McGuire of Bramlett Residential and had the best home buying experience. My wife, Diana, is a realtor in Pennsylvania, so we know something about the process and customer service. Relocating to Austin can be daunting, especially with not knowing the landscape and areas most in tune with our needs. Craig met with us virtually several weeks before our first trip to Austin. His efforts to get to know us and to define initial search criteria was a welcome experience. We were able to critique many homes before arrival, which allowed Craig to zero-in to our unique needs. Wow! Craig produced home showing plans that were outstanding. He spent at least three days showing homes and was extremely attentive. We decided on a home that is perfect for us and through Craig's knowledge of the competitive market, guided us into an offer that was accepted first off. No horrow stories for us and a big thanks to Craig. A true gentleman and consumate professional. I highly recommend working with Craig!
We could not be happier with our decision on our house and I attribute that to Vicki. The process wasn't a stressful ordeal that I've heard people describe. Our process was exciting, fun, educational, and gratifying. Even though we just bought, I want to sell just to go through it all again- haha jk! We really bonded with Vicki because she made this process easy due to who she is as a person and how much she cares. Her goal wasn't just to "sell us any house." Her goal was to make us happy- happy in a place we could start our future, a place we could call home and truly mean it.
We are first-time home buyers who are relatively new to Austin, but we were nevertheless able close on the first home on which we made an offer with the help of our agent, Linda Baddour. We came in knowing very little about the process, but Linda guided us at each step of the way and promptly responded to any questions we had. We appreciated that she took the time to show us a range of properties to help us understand what exactly we were looking for and also alerted us when new homes came on the market that fit our criteria. She provided valuable insight into what we should expect and prepare for in a volatile market. While we reached out to a number of mortgage lenders and homeowner's insurance agents, we ended up with the ones Linda recommended as they offered the best rates and found us the best coverage for the price. All in all, we had a great experience working with Linda and should we ever choose to move, would be delighted to work with her again as sellers.
We worked with Tyson Hombroek to buy our first home. Tyson was fantastic from beginning to end. As first time home buyers the process is very intimidating looking from the outside but from the first phone call we had with Tyson he helped us understand what we were doing and helped us set our expectations. Tyson was very responsive and really put our needs above all else, he even helped us make sure we stayed within our budget and let us know if he didn't think houses we were looking at were realistic. He was very detail oriented in tours and walkthroughs and drew our attention to things we would have missed. I can't recommend working with Tyson enough, he got us through the entire process al the way to closing on our new home in this crazy Austin real estate market.
Vicki Duran is one of the best realtors out there. She is very knowledgeable, is always well prepared and thorough in her approach. She cares a lot about her clients and infact saved us $$ by helping us bid to the correct amount instead of over bidding. She is responsive and has great contacts to help us close the home. We were lucky to work with Vicki
Every aspect of working with Craig McGuire and his team was positive. Highly recommend!
Where do I start?! I asked family for a recommendation and he couldn’t have hit the mark any better. Vicki Duran was responsive and on point from the first inquiry. I am one of those who likes to be conscientious of most things. So I reached out to her months before we were scheduled to fly in. She kept in touch during the waiting period and was ready to hit the “road” when we got into town. She had preowned and new builds ready, but in the climate of timing when we wanted to see homes… preowned were dropping and being picked up before you had a chance to view. So we went after new builds, she tirelessly called sales offices and showed us different communities. Vicki was taking notes somewhere because after the first community shown she knew what we wanted and didn’t want and didn’t waste time with the nots. We headed back “home” and two days later we were sending our earnest money to her. She did all the leg work for us. Every in person and zoom meeting she was there. She did the walk through with us and helped pick out areas that needed to be fixed. Vicki just knows the job, what we as new buyers should look for and what is expected of our new home. She is amazing. She was there from start to keys. I’m so grateful for all the time she spent on us. My hubby does NOT like change and she was good with him, gave him the space he needed while giving me the attention I needed. She can definitely read a room and is not afraid to speak up and advocate for her clients.
As a first time homebuyer, Lauren Yoder was the perfect agent to work with. She was always available to jump on a call and answer any questions I had about the process. Even though I was buying in a tough market, I never felt pressured to make offers I didn't feel comfortable with. Lauren's curated searches made it incredibly easy to find great properties, and her knowledge of things to look for, and avoid, in a house was incredibly helpful. Once under contract, Lauren helped make the closing process as stress-free as possible. She was always on top of the communication between myself and any party that needed to be involved. I am very grateful that Lauren was recommended to me, and I will definitely look to work with her in the future if I ever need to buy or sell in the area!
Tyson Hombroek from Bramlett residential did a fantastic job and I had a great home buying experience. He understood my requirements and set up searches and gave me unbiased feedback on the properties , like how fiduciary does. He also understood that time is of the essence when it comes to finding property information such as surveys, plat map etc from the seller agent and writing offers. He met with me two times and even though I am purchasing the property from out of state I felt very comfortable about the area by leaning on his expertise. Overall very professional and nice to work with.
Ann Nye is wonderful to work with. We started with reviewing the many homes Ann found on-line for us. She spent all day taking us to properties and then ended up with us looking at new builds. She stuck with us from the start of negotiations to the end with the final walk through. Her extra set of eyes was great cuz she caught things we missed. All this was done during COVID times and with us being from out of state she was very gracious! I highly recommend Ann Nye!
Craig is truly great at what he does. We first worked with him as our buyer's agent when moving to the Austin area. This time around, we chose him to be our listing agent when we we relocating away from the area and we are glad we did. Craig was always available for followup regarding processes and questions we had-from listing all the way to closing day. He always made sure to keep us up to date with any information we needed. Craig has a great understanding of the market and is straightforward & honest, which we valued. I couldn't sing his praises more.
Craig McGuire at Bramlett was the most professional, friendly and accommodating Real Estate Agent we had in Austin. Craig was always available to answer our questions and he went above his duties to recommend contractors to improve the home we purchased. Craig is passionate about his job and family. I would recommend Craig to anyone who is looking into purchasing a property in the Austin area.
Bramlett Residential was absolutely the correct choice. Our agent, Bailey, was outstanding. If you are buying or selling your house, you should absolutely use Bramlett. We highly recommend them!
Bramlett has been the best real estate company I’ve worked with. They are timely, on top of absolutely everything, and do their absolute best to get your home sold for the most value. I will never work with another company again!
We contacted Philip when we started our home search from California before relocating to Austin Texas. He has been absolutely amazing every step of the way. Philip is very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. You can trust that he will help you find your dream house and will be your agent for life. If you’re looking for a trustworthy real estate agent who will give you personal service and will represent you during the buying process, look no further. You will not be disappointed.
Our experience as first time home buyers with Craig McGuire was excellent! Throughout the whole process he was quick to answer any questions we had. After the inspection was finished he made sure that we understood what each item on the report meant and about how much it would cost to address. He made sure that we had a competitive offer that we were confident in, which put us at ease. Overall would highly recommend!
My realtor, Lauren Yoder, came with some excellent recommendations from friends who've bought property in Austin, and I'm pleased to say that she lived up to the hype. Lauren made the home-buying experience smooth, simple, and straightforward; everything went off without a hitch and I ended up in the perfect home for me. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!
I have lived in Austin most of my life, and finally scraped together the pennies to purchase my first home. Being very frugal with my money, I spoke with a handful of real estate agents, many who were noticeably eager to "earn my business." Joe Gage stood out from the crowd with his calm demeanor and absolute priority on understanding my goals.
My second concern once moving forward, was having a either a "salesman realtor", one who is more interested in making the sale or alternatively the "lethargic realtor", one that doesn't follow through after you take the initial steps with them. These are the things you can only learn about your realtor as you spend time searching for a home and visiting them. I can say without a doubt, Joe was neither of these things.
Joe helped bring my dreams into a reality. He was with me every step of the way, and made sure that we were looking at properties that matched my long list of criteria. If you are looking for a home in the Austin Area, give Joe Gage a ring and at least consider him along with the other agents you have talked to. If nothing else, talk to him so you can set a good benchmark for the "gold standard" in real estate purchasing. But I will say that I would be surprised if you can find a better agent that has his level of experience and expertise in the Austin market.
I worked with Joe Gage of Crossland Properties to buy an investment property in Austin. The circumstances were extra challenging because I live in the UK and I was buying the property in my self directed IRA. Joe was patient, reliable and communicative in walking through all the specific requirements and constraints. I would highly recommend Joe for any real estate needs you may have. He is honest and straightforward and always keeps his clients needs as his priority.
He also found a reliable property manager to manage the property!
I wrote a review of Joe Gage back in 2015 when he helped me acquire two properties in Austin area. Recently I hired Joe again to sell one of these properties. I just have to give him another 5-star reviews. Joe is very thorough and methodical when it comes to real estate transactions. The first time I met him, he struck me more as a college professor or an accountant rather than a real estate agent. He knows the local market inside out and the price he recommended was spot on. The house was put on market for less than a week and we received 4 offers. We decided to go with the cash offer at the offer price. It can't get any better than this! The whole transaction was super smooth and Joe provided valuable guidance along the way. If you want to buy or sell a house in Austin area, give Joe a call and you won't be disappointed. This is someone that you can trust and will work hard on your behalf. You can't go wrong with him.
This review is about Joe Gage, their real estate agent. I'm based in Sam Francisco and was looking for investment property in Austin. I tried out three different agents based on recommendations from different sources, including Yelp. Joe clearly stands out. He's very patient and responsive. I'm not familiar with the area at all thus had a lot of questions. His email reply contains detailed information of the neighborhood, including shops nearby, schools and so on. He regularly screen houses and give recommendations once he sees a good fit for investment house offered at reasonable price. He's very knowledgeable about the area. All his recommendations comes with details around why he thinks it's a good investment and sales/rental data in the neighborhood to justify the price he thinks it's worth as well as the expected rental income. I found him to be very methodical and organized. He's not a typical sales person. Maybe this is because he used to be an accountant. Needless to say he earned our trust and we went with him to make the purchase. I was very impressed through the whole process. He's very calm and never pushy. His recommendation on the bid price was right on and he was very good at following up with various parties to push things through. The process went through very smoothly. If anyone is looking for a good real estate agent in Austin, I'd recommend Joe whole-heartedly. His professionalism and calm personality make him a real pleasure to work with.
I am from out of town and it's really important to find someone who has extensive knowledge in rental properties in the Austin area. I am really glad to have Joe Gage as my agent. He was very thorough in finding the type of properties that I was looking for. He was very professional and helpful in the whole process. I bought the single family home in 2014 which turned out to be a great investment. I would highly recommend Joe if you are looking for a realtor.
When my husband and I were ready to sell our home in the Cat Mountain area of Austin, we were fortunate that Kasey Gilliam of Bramlett Residential came highly recommended to us. She not only handled the sale of our house, she oversaw all of the preparations before our house went on the market, even after we had left Austin. She is competent, confident, and friendly, and she helped us beyond the call of duty. Given the seller's market in Austin when we sold, we ended up with several competing bids, and Kasey guided us through to process of accepting the best one, and securing a backup offer should it be needed. Without hesitation I can recommend her to anyone in need of a real estate agent.
We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Bramlett Residential, and our realtor Ann Nye. Ann helped us purchase a house in the very competitive South Austin market remotely (from across the country). We could not have done it without Ann. Ann listened to what we were looking for and was willing to put in the time to help us find the "right home". She provided us multiple videos and FaceTime walk-through of properties, and helped us navigate unique Austin issues like impervious cover restrictions. She provided invaluable suggestions, acted quickly, and always made us feel like finding our house was a priority. She worked tirelessly to find us the perfect home, and was instrumental in ensuring a smooth closing (as well as helping us inspect the property before closing, get cleaning people in the house...) Ann is the best realtor we have ever worked with, and we highly recommend her services if you are looking to buy in Austin.
My family’s realtor, Linda Baddour of Bramlett Residential, helped us navigate through the notoriously tricky world of Austin real estate when we bought our first house. Linda took the time to understand what we value in a house when we were exploring the market, and showed us how to evaluate important maintenance considerations between older homes and newer homes. She was also knowledgeable about how to negotiate a great deal with the sellers when it came time to purchase (our offer won thanks to better terms that Linda suggested). I highly recommend her services to anyone who is interested in buying real estate in Austin - you are in great hands!
Ann Nye came highly recommended to us by a good friend who also used her to purchase a house in Austin and stuck with us for over a year during our transition from CA to TX. There are not enough good things to say about Ann without writing a novel. She is responsive, honest, proactive, has a great pulse on the market, has contacts high and low and is more of a friend helping you buy a house than one of "those" realtors. While looking at houses, she always encouraged us to share our thoughts on what we liked and didn't like and made a lot of great outside of the box ideas to give us all the fair perspectives on the houses we looked at. When we finally chose the house we wanted to purchase, she patiently walked us extremely green home buyers through the entire process down to the documentation minutiae from start to finish at all times of day any day of the week. We cannot recommend her enough and we ended up recommending her to our parents and she also helped them find a house close to ours! She brought our whole family together in one fell swoop and we could not thank her enough for all she has done for us.
This is my second transaction working with Tara McGuire of Bramlett Realty, and she has been a consistent pillar of guidance for us during a crazy market in the Austin area. Our first was moving from out of state pre-Covid and then once we settled in and we decided to make a second move, in an even more challenging market during the pandemic, Tara was there as our community expert with whatever we needed. It is often so much more than buying a house, (which she is an expert at) but is able to refer any number of resources to help get things fixed and/or serviced- even has the best local jaunts to recommend as newbies to area. Tara has become our go-to for a lot. She demonstrates the patience, diligence, thoroughness, and the leadership we appreciate in a real estate professional and would not use anyone else!
I have known Tara McGuire for years and just recently had the opportunity to work with her on the listing/sale of an investment property. From early conversations discussing strategy and long term goals (well before she was formally my realtor), right down to closing, she and her team were all in. I was grateful for their expertise and calm approach in the current chaos of the Austin real estate market.
Linda Baddour of Bramlett Residential is the best realtor we have worked with! Linda is super helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to help in any way she can to get us to the closing point.
As investors, it was essential for us to have someone we could trust and help us navigate through the process. Because we do not live in the area, Linda did the walk-ins, took photos, videos, talked to the builder, and kept us posted up until the close of our home. Even after we closed, she helped us find a property management company and get some measurements we needed from the house.
Her service goes beyond buying and selling. Linda kept us informed about pricing, important news about the area, and statistics she shared monthly through email that helped us understand the market we were investing.
Thank you, Linda! I hope we can meet and do more business soon!
I was looking to buy a property in Austin area and was not sure where to start. One of my friends referred Joseph Gage from Bramlett Residential. Joe has been very kind, honest, patient, and helpful in educating me on the Austin real estate market and narrowing down a few potential areas to look for properties. He then guided on identifying appropriate properties and estimating the right amount to put on offers. After writing a few offers we finally were able successfully purchase a property. Joe provided very good referrals for financing and property management as well. I ended up using all the referrals from Joe and rented out the property in a short time. Joe made the whole process smooth and made me very comfortable purchasing the property remotely. I would highly recommend Joe Gage.
Bailey was super knowledgeable and her expertise helped a lot in our screening/finalizing process of the property, She was guiding us to the right part and told us about all the advantages and disadvantages of the property which we where working with her for finalizing. Her nature of suggesting what the right value of the property in the city and what can be offered was the input which helped our family a lot on taking decision. She is very quick on the documents thinks over the clauses which we have to take care. I would highly recommend her for the property purchase.
I researched the Texas Association of Realtors website looking for a realtor to handle an estate sale. After reading reviews of Tara McGuire, I was very impressed. I contacted her and learned her first house sale was in the neighborhood where my parent's home was located. Tara has a fantastic team in place to assist her with the listings. She met with me at the house and waited patiently until I was provided the necessary paperwork to list the house. During this whole time, she kept in touch, kept me updated on the housing market, and was very supportive. Her team supports her requesting pertinent information regarding the house in order to provide the most information to potential buyers. We listed on a Thursday morning, had three offers by noon, and when the listing closed on Monday had eleven offers with all but two being full cash offers. Tara worked diligently to ensure this sale went through as smoothly as it could. I will definitely use her again should I need to sell a house. I highly recommend Tara.
Craig McGuire went above and beyond for us when we started looking for our first home last December. Craig was very flexible with our schedules and was able to meet up with us when we needed him. We signed our contract with KB homes in January. Even though our house didn't break ground until June, Craig checked in with us to see if we had any questions. Communication was phenomenal. He answered all our questions and was there for us every step of the way. Craig was very knowledgeable, patient, and very honest during the whole process. Craig really cares about his clients and we would highly recommend working with him when it comes to buying a house in the Austin area.
Much like what seemed like the rest of the greater Austin area, my husband and I started looking to purchase a new home at the beginning of January 2021. After spending a year in lockdown in a windowless, run-down apartment, we were determined to take the leap and finally get our own space. We didn't have any real idea of how this process worked but we did have a little bit of money and some friends who had just completed the home-buying experience. Upon asking them for tips and advice, they couldn't stop beaming about the realtor they worked alongside and provided us with Lauren's contact information. What followed was a year-long's journey navigating an incredibly overwhelming Austin market during a pandemic and with a supply-chain shortage of labor, lumber, lights, and literally everything else. We started optimistically and while Lauren matched and often exceeded our optimism, she also brought a healthy dose of grounded realism to the experience and always provided options. Here's the thing about Lauren: she is incredibly passionate about the industry in which she works and her knowledge is astounding. My husband and I both trusted her advice and guidance almost immediately after being wildly impressed with our first phone call. Further, she is just an absolute joy of a person and someone with whom we found easy to speak honestly. Lauren knows her stuff and tosses out stats, facts, and homeowner tips so casually and frequently it's impressive. Throughout the entire experience, we felt supported and genuinely cared for. I could continue praising Lauren's professionalism and knowledgeability for days so I'm going to highlight one more aspect of the entire experience in which Lauren was absolutely exceptional: communication. For a full year - Lauren was in constant communication with guidance, metrics, and updates. Having her copied on all of our emails with the builder really made me feel confident that we were going to get the best product possible. Lauren advocated for us in every way and we will be forever grateful that she helped us land a gorgeous new home. More-so, as she's made herself available, I'm excited to continue to have her guidance and friendship as we grow into our home. 10 out of 10. Would recommend highly!
We highly recommend Bailey Moran for selling a home in the Austin real estate market. She is knowledgeable, efficient and a joy to work with. She and her team did an excellent job selling our house quickly and with complete satisfaction. Bailey provided thorough and organized information from the beginning, clearly demonstrating her very professional and practical approach to marketing and serving the needs of the client. She kept us informed at each step along the way. At no time did we feel left out or uninformed on the status, activity or comparable position of the property in the marketplace Bailey showed a clear understanding of the complexities of a real estate proposal and how to respond to the details of the offer. Her experience in negotiations, whether representing the buyer or seller, obviously enabled her to interpret proposals quickly and propose responses precisely for the desired results. The Bramlett Residential organization provided extensive support functions throughout the marketing process, completing them efficiently and methodically. Again, Bailey’s experience proved effective as arrangements for the closing process were completed and carried out without delays. It was a pleasure working with Bailey from start to finish.
I worked with Jeremy Vandermause. He was great! He was very available and flexible. Over a couple months we ended up submitting 20+ offers and viewing tons of properties, often with last-minute notice. In the end he found a FSBO property that he connect me with. I never could have found it without all his help and work.
I worked with Jeremy Vandermause to buy my first home. Jeremy was so patient throughout the process (which I definitely dragged out as I gathered all the facts). He consistently sent me homes I was interested in and was eager to show them off, and on the odd occasions where I found one he hadn't already seen he always made himself available to walk through with me. He was very helpful in those walkthroughs pointing out home features I would have missed, or providing context on neighborhood. As a native Austinite, he definitely knows the history and cultural fabric of the city and each neighborhood. I started with close to zero knowledge of the home-buying process and Jeremy walked me through every step with clarity and patience. So excited about the home I now own! Plus, he's just a legit cool dude. I always really enjoyed our conversations and could tell from the start he was someone worth knowing in Austin
