My favorite part of the experience is her amazing customer service, any form of communication was responded to very quickly and she was kind enough to respond even after hours. Vicki Duran is great! As first time home buyers, we were looking for a realtor who could help us through the entire process patiently and comprehensively, and we are glad that Vicki contacted us in response to our request on the Bramlett Residential website. From the start, Vicki was extremely responsive, at all times. Every text, email and call responded to within 30 minutes, if not sooner. Vicki's guidance and knowledge helped us to narrow down our MLS filters and modify as necessary. We were making notes/posting questions on the MLS portal and were pleasantly surprised to see that Vicki was also reading them and giving her thoughts on each of those. Once we started shortlisting houses that we liked, Vicki would promptly work with the listing agents to make the appointments, even if we found a house that we wanted to see on the same day. Within 7 -10 days of contacting Vicki, we found a few houses that we considered putting offers on. Vicki was very quick and detailed in writing up the offer and it was selected, even in a multi-offer situation. From there: getting all the important inspections scheduled at short notice, in the short option period and then outlining the entire process towards closing, taking care of the smallest details and following up as necessary, Vicki continued to persevere and go above and beyond to ensure a successful closing. Vicki Duran was an absolute champion! We have been looking for months in multiple areas and Vicki came in and made it all possible for us. She has been extremely responsive to new listings, showings and any possible question that came up. Even during these difficult times, Vicki was able to safely show us multiple properties and professionally managed the process around all COVID-related policies and safety measures. I was moving from CA, so the logistics were a bit challenging, but Vicki worked with me closely to accommodate my house house search when I would come to town to view homes. She was patient, knowledgeable, professional and all around great to get to know over the course of my home search! P.S. Despite Vicki being very busy, she will always make you feel like you're her only client. Somehow, she manages to be quite responsive despite the high volume of work she comes across in today's insane Austin-area market. This is my second time working with Vicki and she's an absolute star. We loved working with her and she is one of the best in the business.10/10! Vicki is an incredible advocate for the buyer, potentially to her own detriment- which gives me a deep level of trust and confidence. She was ready to negotiate hard even when we were not, and she talked us down from overpaying for a house (when she could have gone along with it and enjoyed a better commission). She truly had our best interests from start to finish, and thanks to that she has a client for life.
Vicki Duran is hands down the best agent we could have asked for! My husband and I recently closed on our first house, in North Austin, and in the current market the process was even more of an emotional rollercoaster than usual. Vicki came highly recommended from friends and I would say that their glowing reviews did not even do her justice.
