Jeremy Vandermause was our realtor when we sold our Austin home in August 2022, and we could not have been happier with the entire process. This was the first time we had sold a home, and Jeremy and his team held our hand through each step. We felt totally at ease that no balls were being dropped. Since we had already purchased another home and moved out of state, this was a huge relief. Jeremy even stopped by our house to work out an issue with the painters we'd hired to prepare our house to sell. He went above and beyond! We ended up getting and accepting a pre-market offer, and Jeremy went out of his way to make sure we were getting the absolute best price for our house. Joe Gage and the Bramlett team helped us get our house ready to sell while we were traveling abroad and the house was leased. No small feat working and coordinating with our tenant/property manager and various service providers to install a new roof, paint exterior of the house, and make sundry repairs. Kasey Gilliam did a great job helping us sell our house - She really had a ton of expertise in the Austin market and also the overall selling/buying process. She was very helpful in walking us through each step of the selling process and negotiating with the buyers. She was always quick to respond to a text or email and made sure we stayed informed throughout the entire experience.
Craig McGuire was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with our selling process. He took his time to explain everything, and really went above and beyond to make sure we were well-advised. He had great attention to detail, and is very personable — he even sent us cake pops for our birthdays! Highly recommend Craig, and I would use him again.

This was our first time selling a home and Tyson was incredibly patient with every single question we had about how things were done. Trust me, we had A LOT of questions. He gave us sound input and information to make educated decisions, but at the end of the day it was just that: OUR DECISION. Tyson let us make the calls on pricing, price-cuts, staging, etc. I can't speak highly enough about Tyson. As friendly as he is, he lived up to his promise of being "a bulldog in negotiations"! He did not accept anything less than what he would've accepted for his own home. I truly believe that. There were several times he told agents and unrepresented buyers alike "no" and that their offers were unrealistic or "no, my clients will not entertain that". Loved it!

Annette is the only agent I'd ever consider using. She's helped me buy and sell two homes, and I couldn't be happier with how the process unfolded each time. Finding the right house in Austin can be so stressful but Annette had all the bases covered. She was calm, confident and super knowledge about the market and the specifics of the neighborhoods. As an added bonus, she has an excellent eye and was great about helping prepare my house for sale as well as brainstorming cool improvements for the potential new homes we looked at. Abby was great to work with. In my experience listing agents often seem to disappear after they have the listing. Abby worked tirelessly to help us get the house sold in a difficult market. Abby remained in contact, offered great advice that helped us market the home and skillfully walked us through closing with a buyer who continued to attempt to negotiate up until the day of closing. Abby is an Austin native who knows the market and the city well, and she's a really nice person.
Meaghan M. Was by far the most patient agent I've had the pleasure of working with. I am a DIFFICULT client to work with and she was nothing short of amazing. I felt she was realistic in helping me to sell a property during a time that the market was NOT in my favor. It was stressful but she was there every step of the way to answer all of my questions and concerns I expressed. It was a great pleasure working with Tara and her team. I live out of town and told Tara that I would be in Austin on a Sunday. Without hesitation, she scheduled to meet me at my convenience time. I appreciate that since Sunday is her family time, and not business time. Through out our meeting, she thoroughly walked me through with well prepared information, was patient with all my questions, suggested and advised me on what should be done and what would be best.
