Lauren Yoder helped me purchase a home recently, and I could not recommend her more. She was so thoughtful and responsive, always sending great homes to look at and consider. She didn't mind when I would tack on extra houses to a long day of looking, and she was able to meet quickly when new houses popped up (so necessary in Austin!). She helped us put in a few offers before securing a house we loved, and she kept our spirits high throughout the process (houses are like buses - there's always another one coming, she'd say). We're so happy now in the house that we bought, and she got us a phenomenal deal on it - we were able to secure all of the improvements we requested and got it at a lower price than listed. I recently worked with Linda and successfully on closed a property that was a bit of a long shot. We cold called and she was immediately helpful in getting us information about the place, finding out where we could get answers to some complicated zoning questions, and communicating with the seller's agent. We eventually had our offer accepted after several prior ones fell through - this was definitely a case where a good agent keeping us on the seller's radar was a necessity in making this happen. We were also able to complete the deal from out of town, which can often be difficult but Linda made it simple and straightforward. She also has a good network - we've been satisfied with the professionals that she has referred us to for inspections, etc.
Lauren was superlative as always. There's a reason I've worked with her on a dozen transactions or so and will continue to do so.

Our agent Lauren Yoder was simply put incredible for us. She went above and beyond for us to help me and my partner find a home in our price range and desired location. The housing market in Austin has been insane in recent times, and we were starting to lose hope on finding a house at all in the near future.
