We just closed on our first house and we are grateful to have worked with the firm, specifically with Kasey Gilliam whose service was absolutely top-notch. My wife and I give her our absolute highest endorsement. The overall transaction went very smoothly and Kasey was in full control throughout. My wife and I are first time home buyers, which comes with a lot of anxiety, yet Kasey kept us calm and confident. Kasey showed she was an excellent listener by showing us highly relevant properties at the beginning. We found one that was pre-market that we loved and Kasey crafted an excellent strategy that worked out perfectly. There were four attributes in particular that stood out: 1) analytical nature - Kasey mentioned she was previously a CPA and it showed. We absolutely loved how analytical she was which was incredibly effective for us, since we're of the same mindset. She did great navigating us through so much uncertainty carefully measuring expected risks & rewards. 2) reliability - she always responded very quickly who was extremely knowledgeable and genuine (e.g. she was unafraid to say she didn't know instead of trying to fake it like I have encountered in the past). No calls or texts were ignored. 3) reassuring - as first time home buyers she gave us a lot of good and salient information without overwhelming us. She always made sure we understood something before going further. She was calm throughout which gave us incredibly high confidence in her ability. 4) outcome - most importantly, she delivered the outcome that we desired drove the process with few frictions making it much smoother than anticipated. This is our first purchase so admittedly I don't have much basis for a comparison. But after reading numerous books and speaking with so many who went through this same process, it's clear Kasey provides a level of service that is among the very best.
We could not have asked for a better realtor than KASEY GILLIAM!! Kasey was incredibly proactive, knowledgeable, and highly responsive from beginning to end, even as our circumstances changed. We were only in town for a few days, making our house hunt incredibly time sensitive and to be honest, overwhelming. Kasey was able to tailor the search perfectly and her organization helped us to efficaciously make the perfect choice for our needs. One of the things we were most pleased with was her dedication to seeing the process through until the house was completely closed. We were so comfortable with her professionalism and attention to detail we felt completely at ease having her attend our final inspection and Facetime us. She was incredibly accommodating and thoughtful. Kasey even took the initiative to drive by the house on our closing date to make sure everything looked good. I don't think there is anything we could identify that she could have done better. We would recommend her to friends and family, and seek her out again if we were ever back in the market.
Kasey Gilliam was AMAZING!! As a first home buyer I had little knowledge about the process or what it looked like (and was SUPER nervous) -- Kasey made this super easy and helped me understand everything that was happening along the way. Kasey clued me in on a ton of stuff that she didn't necessarily need to and I truly felt that she had my best interest in mind from start to finish. She answered every question I had right away and was super flexible and quick to get me in to see properties at times that worked with my schedule. She took the time to go over all the documentation with me to ensure I understood what I was signing and agreeing to, she showed up to every inspection and helped research some issues and reached out to her contacts so we could get an estimate of possible repairs. By the time this process was over I felt like an experienced home buyer due to her knowledge and everything she shared with me and made sure I knew. I feel truly blessed to have been a client of Kasey's --I've spoke to many others who have gone through the processes and often times heard horror stories of their experiences due to their realtor. I still can't believe I got so lucky to work with Kasey! I have recommended her to every person I talk to! She is experienced, professional and very personable. I love my new house and don't plan on every leaving -- but if I am every in the market for another purchase I can only hope that Kasey would take me on again!

Although we had met several Austin agents in the past, no one particularly impressed us. As long distance buyers, it was extra important to find an agent who would work hard for us. We found the agency website and were impressed with the resources for out of town buyers. When we inquired, Kasey Gilliam was assigned to us. That could not have been a better match! Over two short trips to Austin and much email and text conversation, Kasey helped us understand more about the Austin market and our options. The market emails from her were very helpful and saved us from searching Realtor or Zillow. Kasey was always available -- truly, I don't know how she juggles everything. She has energy and a positive outlook. And I particularly liked that she showed us a couple of houses that weren't on our list but that she thought we'd like. When we were looking to purchase a home and coming from out of the state, our close family friends recommended we work with Kasey Gilliam. The same day, Kasey Gilliam called me and the rest is history. Being a first time homebuyer is filled with anxiety. You can do all the research beforehand, but there is nothing compared to working with Kasey and her extensive knowledge of the market and homebuying process. She listened to what was important to us. She walked us through every step of the way and never made us feel guilty of our endless questions. She pointed out what to look out for. She never pressured us into anything (and actually talked through why certain properties weren't good buys). She has a contact for everything. She always made herself available to show properties either the same day or the next - which can make all the difference when properties sell the same weekend. She sent us comparative analysis of neighborhoods so we could make decisions based on hard facts. And the cherry on top was I genuinely feel she wanted us to find the perfect house.
