I wrote a review of Joe Gage back in 2015 when he helped me acquire two properties in Austin area. Recently I hired Joe again to sell one of these properties. I just have to give him another 5-star reviews. Joe is very thorough and methodical when it comes to real estate transactions. The first time I met him, he struck me more as a college professor or an accountant rather than a real estate agent. He knows the local market inside out and the price he recommended was spot on. The house was put on market for less than a week and we received 4 offers. We decided to go with the cash offer at the offer price. It can't get any better than this!
