We worked with Vicki Duran to find a house in the East Austin area. She was wonderful to work with, very thorough, professional, an affable individual, and went above and beyond with her time. Since we were purchasing a house remotely, she even went on her own to check out some properties we were not able to see while we were in Austin and gave us a thorough report back of what she thought of the houses in comparison to the style we were looking for. Kasey Gilliam did an amazing job of getting our family relocated to Austin from the east coast. She worked really hard and drove me all over Austin to look at houses during our search. She was always prepared and was sure to make the most of every hour since I was only in town for a couple days. We worked w/ Will Mackintosh from Bramlett Residential to relocate from California to Texas. Being from out of state, the task seemed daunting at first. We primarily collaborated w/ Will over email + phone to plan our trip. We used the MLS search to refine and iterate on our requirements. Kristin Wellborn was awesome! We found a home we liked while on vacation. When we returned late on Sunday, we asked her to schedule a showing. She did a late evening showing with us THAT SAME DAY and then followed up on Monday morning at like 7am! She was super responsive at every step of the buying process, always reachable by phone, and willing to go the extra mile in explaining or negotiating with the selling agent. I would recommend her to friends and family any day, and plan to.

We built a new house in Dripping Springs and Bailey Moran was fantastic! She guided us through the entire process and answered many questions for us. She handled all of the issues that came up with the builder and got them to work it to our favor. Bailey took the stress out of buying a home. If you are looking to buy/build a home then I highly recommend Bailey because she was there to handle the entire process for us from beginning to end.
We would absolutely recommend Kristin and Bramlet Residential! Our home buying journey began in June of 2019, passively looking at homes in Austin but unsure of how serious we were. We had just moved from Boston, MA and were still getting settled in Austin, but had a feeling this was where we wanted to lay down roots. As we inquired about a home we received a reply immediately from Kristin. From there, we had our initial meeting, explained to Kristin the area and types of homes that were appealing to us. Kristin listened, took our feedback, gave us some great insights on the market, housing styles and locations and showed us three different styles of homes to get our reaction to each one (very insightful!). Unfortunately, since we were in Austin for less than a year, we decided to give ourselves a bit more time. Through the course of the next year Kristin would check in from time to time to see how we were doing. Many realtors would identify that we were not motivated and move on. But not Kristin! She was patient and responsive no matter what. Fast forward to July of 2020. Now just over a year and a half in Austin and we knew this was the place we wanted to be. Once again Kristin was responsive and ready to meet us right away to start looking at homes! We toured multiple houses and she was able to answer any and all questions. Each time she was professional, fully prepared and easy to talk to! When we found our home, she helped us with the offer terms and gave us great coaching throughout the process. Unfortunately, some things fell through and we decided to not move forward. While many realtors may be frustrated with the back and forth, Kristin went above and beyond through the entire process while maintaining a great attitude. Then finally, after much searching, we found the house that we can now call OUR Home! Kristin once again coached us through everything, and was there every step of the way until closing. During our house hunting journey, we were absolutely BLESSED to have Tara guiding us. From day one, Tara has been awesome. Tara has consistently been professional, prompt in her communication, attentive to our needs, and very caring. She also is extremely understanding of the stress of home buying and has been so understanding of mine and my husband's quirks. Tara always did her best to make sure we felt supported and was always honest with us. We completely trust Tara because she consistently proved she knew what she was talking about. Furthermore, the fact that she is so familiar with remodeling processes and costs, helped us better assess the many homes we saw. As to your question about what Tara did especially well; there were so many things. She absolutely always made the time to show us a house we expressed interest in....she never said "oh no, I can't show you that house"--she never let us down. She is just a very kind, compassionate, and generous person. She always made us feel that she had our back and our best interest at heart. This is such a vulnerable process and she always supported us. There is nothing she could have done better. Overall, the sales transaction of our home was very good. The only stress I felt was from the title company which was absolutely not Tara's fault in any way. The title company agent was really not great and that was just our luck as that company was selected by the seller. Tara really made the buying process great. My family is very grateful to Tara. We are living in our dream home and we are so happy!

We had a huge issue with a terrible realtor on the seller's side but Simon handled everything professionally, was honest with us about issues and escalated our concerns to make sure our needs were met. Bailey was so great! She was attentive to our needs, did not push us to make a decision and helped us find our dream house. She is extremely personable and she is very patient. She understood what we were looking for and helped guide us especially since we were moving from out of state. She always had time to answer our questions and reassure us if we were not sure.
