I have been working with Eric and his team since past 3 years and they have been awesome. I had purchased house in Austin and had an issue with another agent and then we contacted Eric and he was really calm and helpful. He came out of his way to help me out and also provided lot of guidance and helped me my house purchase smooth. In addition to this, his team have also helped me a lot manage my rental property in Austin. I am based in California and never had to worry about it. He and his team took really good care of it. He was very patient, professional and extremely helpful. Would really recommend his whole team.
Bailey Moran was the perfect agent for us! She was extremely knowledgeable about EVERY neighborhood in Austin and completely tailored our ideal, living situation. We wanted a safe-kid friendly neighborhood in our budget and Bailey delivered! As far as her insight on Austin she was on top of it! We're not from Austin and it was important for us to find an agent who could help us navigate the area whether it came to schools, night life, entertainment, etc. Her expertise and 10 year experience made us feel at ease and comfortable throughout the entire home buying experience. Bailey was always available to take calls and emails. We don't live in Austin so it was nice to have Bailey do all the legwork while we "virtually shopped" for houses. Not only did Bailey find the perfect house for our family she has a fabulous way of negotiating with all parties involved in the home buying process. Bailey was honest with us about everything and was always right on the money as far as how to go about "offers, inspections, etc." Bailey is a hardworking, kind and most of all trustworthy agent. She listened to what our needs were and more than exceeded our expectations.
As a first time homeowner, I was really lost on where to start (and being from out of state, where to look). I ended up having Vicki reach out to me through Zillow or Homes.com on a house I was interested in viewing. She was quick to respond to my questions and provide options based on my preferences without being pushy. I ended up finding my house on my first trip out and walked me through next steps. She got me in contact with a local lending office and took care of all of the busy work. In less than one month I was signing the papers and in my new home. Vicki is very personable, is happy to put you in touch with people who have the same work ethic, and makes sure you're being taken care of. Very low stress and incredibly happy client!

Ok, I don't really leave reviews... like ever, but Bailey did such a great job I feel like I need to say something. We were moving back to the US from out of country and were entirely new to the Austin area. We didn't know anyone here and honestly felt a little lost and upside down. Bailey was the first person we met and she gave us hope we'd meet some other great people here with her friendliness and professionalism. We were on a tight schedule to find a home before our 6 weeks of AirBnb's ran out. So, we needed something fast. Bailey listened to what we wanted/needed and found us the perfect house in an area we love in just a couple days. She did all the scheduling for us and made viewing the homes really easy. In the end, she found us a house that hadn't even hit the market yet (it was going to be listed the next day), but we liked it so much we put an offer in and snatched it up before anyone else could. Sorry y'all, we got to it first! :) After that we had a couple questions on all the closing docs we had to fill out (we owned our business) and she helped us with everything we needed to get us through the closing process. Great agent. Great experience. I would definitely recommend her and Bramlett to anyone.
When we were looking to purchase a home and coming from out of the state, our close family friends recommended we work with Kasey Gilliam. She came highly recommended and after our experience with her we now understand why! She was very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable about the Austin area and the towns around Austin. Being out of town and only having a couple of days to find our dream home we had to rely heavily on Kasey's expertise. She had expert insight and excellent negotiation skills. Even with a highly competitive market we were still able to get a good deal and we are more than happy with the house that we purchased and with the entire experience with Kasey leading way.
We moved to Georgetown in July from out of state and had lots of questions about the region and the housing market. We were very impressed with Lauren Yoder. She was very knowledgeable and quick to answer or return phone calls. She guided us through the process seamlessly. As soon as we raised a question about any part of the process she explained or if anything needed made phone calls seeking clarification from others. Lauren helped us complete the purchase of our house while closing from over a 1000 miles away. She sent us video of the walk thru prior to closing, and made smooth a variety of issues. I would strongly recommend her to anyone selling or buying real estate.

My husband and I both accepted jobs in Austin at the end of June to start in mid-July, relocating from Cincinnati. We wanted to find a home that we could move into pretty quickly, which meant we needed a realtor who could work with us right away. Vicki Duran of Bramlett was fantastic.
