I hope we never have to buy a new house again, but if we do, I would definitely go through these guys. We called on a weekend and Tara McGuire met us at our dream home the next day at like 8AM! After checking it out, we wanted to go for it, so we gave her the green light and she was off! She explained the whole process in easy terms and made sure we kept up with every deadline and response. Late night texts, early morning phone calls - I just really felt like Tara was staying on the ball and looking out for us. Her networking of basically every kind of person you need to know made it a breeze to get the inspection and lending taking care of. Austin is a tough market with houses moving in a matter of hours in some cases, and as a first time home buyer I had no idea what I was doing. I had the of working with Mia Roldan as my buyer's agent. Mia was fantastic! She guided me through the process with ease and experience and was very responsive to all of my questions. She focused entirely on finding the right house fit for me, and never tried to push me into a higher price range. Additionally, her recommendations of lenders, inspectors, and contractors were excellent and helped keep the process moving along quickly. I'd highly recommend Mia for anyone looking to buy a home in the Austin metro area!
We worked with Tara McQuire. We enjoyed the experience and thought she was top-notch as far as knowledge of Circle C and the process of house hunting and buying. We threw her a curveball when suggesting a buy-lease since we were ready to move in immediately and the house was also ready. Tara handled this complexity well. The sell was executed quickly and without issues. One concern with Tara is on two different occasions she was sure about an amenity and we asked her to verify. It turned out she was not correct about the amenities which led us to doubt her authenticity. This is not a good position to be in when looking for houses. For example, she mentioned we can build in back of a house on the greenbelt and this later was proving to be incorrect. Nevertheless she provided a wealth of useful and correct information and while she wanted the sell, she likely did not intentionally misinform us in those two instances. The other concern we had was a mix-up when the buy-lease ran out and keys were not available for us. We had to drive to seller's house to pick-up the keys ourselves. This was partly the selling realtor's fault. A little foresight however could have prevented the problem. Tara and Bramlett Residential earn 5-stars because in all we had a wonderful experience.
I was taking a new job here in Austin and needed a house quickly so that my wife and son could move here. I called Bramlett and spoke to Vicki Duran and asked Vicki to take us around Austin for a two day period to find a house. Vicki immediately emailed us a number of listing and let us decide on the type of house we were looking for. She spent two days with us but we had not found our dream home. We came back the following weekend and Vicki spent another two days and did a detailed search for the home we were looking for that was not too far from my office. We found the house and have now been living here for over a month. Vicki was great in all respects and I would recommend her to anyone looking to live in Austin
This is our second time purchasing a home here in TX. The first time, my family went from living in a 2200' sqft luxury condo apartment in Steiner Ranch to a five year old, huge 3400" sqft home in the Sendero Springs/ Walsh Ranch neighborhood. Our original real estate agent was completely fantastic, she did an amazing job get us the exact location we wanted in the perfect house, despite not knowing the Round Rock area at all. This time around we had time and a global pandemic working against us. I wanted to purchase an even newer home in a new growing suburban hot spot near Paloma Lake, just NE of 35 in Round Rock. We had a huge deadline to find a home because our property management company for our rental home requires 2 months notice to vacate. That and the fact that home hunting during a pandemic isn't easy. I decided to use a real estate agent that knew the Round Rock area, especially Paloma Lake sub-area. Luckily for me, I came across Bramlett Real Estate here on Yelp. The answering service took my info on a Saturday afternoon. In less than an hour I was introduced to the most thoughtful and dedicated real estate agent I have ever met. Her name is Vicki Duran, and she did not stop working for my wife and I until our house closed two days ago. I'm not sure how, but she somehow managed to find us a new home in under a week, recommend a great loan officer and close in less than 30 days, during one of the craziest times in Human history! And never once did we feel on our own. Vicki's confidence, experience, compassion towards us during the whole process was invaluable. She even helped point me towards a great home warranty company and a great interior painter. Now we can have our home exactly how we wanted without going over our budget! I can't say enough good things about Vicki Duran and I know my wife Gloria would agree! We both agree, Vicki was like a part of our family through this process. She always looked out for our best interests at all times and advised us of all of our possible options. She is forever welcome for holiday drinks in our new home!

My parents worked with Eric to find their house and I worked with Bailey to find my house and the experience was great. They made the home buying process enjoyable and I will recommend them to anyone buying a home.
Although we had met several Austin agents in the past, no one particularly impressed us. As long distance buyers, it was extra important to find an agent who would work hard for us. We found the agency website and were impressed with the resources for out of town buyers. When we inquired, Kasey Gilliam was assigned to us. That could not have been a better match! Over two short trips to Austin and much email and text conversation, Kasey helped us understand more about the Austin market and our options. The market emails from her were very helpful and saved us from searching Realtor or Zillow. Kasey was always available -- truly, I don't know how she juggles everything. She has energy and a positive outlook. And I particularly liked that she showed us a couple of houses that weren't on our list but that she thought we'd like. She also guided us through the process of buying a house that was not yet on the market, and then through a long distance close. We've worked with several outstanding agents in our house-buying past, and Kasey stands at the top of the list with the best of them.
Tara McGuire made every bit of my homebuying experience a comfortable one. I had quite a few hoops thrown at me from the builder while I was under contract. Tara was with me every step of the way and, more often than not, was taking care of things before I even knew I had to. She earned 100% of my trust in the whirlwind of this process and as a first time homebuyer, having trust in the partnership of a realtor is the most important thing. She fully understood my priorities and left no stone unturned in making sure those needs were met. The depth of her knowledge in her field made me feel like I was always being looked out for. She was at all of the meetings prior to closing and advocated me in every way necessary throughout the craziness of homebuying. She's not scared to speak up when things don't look right and she is on top of every bit of making sure things are on target. This is likely the biggest investment in most people's lives. We were new to the Austin area and Googled real estate agents. We were fortunate to find Bramlett Real Estate. Eric met with us and decided to pair us up with agent Vicki Duran who lives in the Georgetown area. I respect the fact that Eric listened to us and what we were looking for and guided us to the agent that would best fit us. We are retired but didn't want to live in a retirement community. We gave Vicki the things we really wanted to have in a home (3 bedroom, 2 bath, ranch style, gas range, built before 1998, and a medium size yard for a couple of dogs). She listened to every detail. My son recommended Tara McGuire when I decided to buy a condo in Austin. Being a senior citizen, I have worked with the stereotypical real estate agent too often. Tara was a breath of fresh air. Never pushy, spent long days with me trying to figure out where in Austin would work for me and trying to decide how large a place I needed. She never complained, although I was not easy, often changing my mind. Tara is a rare prize and I enthusiastically recommend her.
Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! Tara McGuire was our real estate agent when we moved from Houston to Austin. We did not know what part of Austin we wanted to live in but had a list of "must haves". Tara set us up on her website that would send us alerts on homes that matched our criteria. When one house in particular popped up, I called her and said I need to see this house...Tara set up a showing and then facetimed us in Houston for our "tour".
