Ok, I don't really leave reviews... like ever, but Bailey did such a great job I feel like I need to say something. We were moving back to the US from out of country and were entirely new to the Austin area. We didn't know anyone here and honestly felt a little lost and upside down. Bailey was the first person we met and she gave us hope we'd meet some other great people here with her friendliness and professionalism. We were on a tight schedule to find a home before our 6 weeks of AirBnb's ran out. So, we needed something fast. Bailey listened to what we wanted/needed and found us the perfect house in an area we love in just a couple days. She did all the scheduling for us and made viewing the homes really easy. In the end, she found us a house that hadn't even hit the market yet (it was going to be listed the next day), but we liked it so much we put an offer in and snatched it up before anyone else could. Sorry y'all, we got to it first! :) After that we had a couple questions on all the closing docs we had to fill out (we owned our business) and she helped us with everything we needed to get us through the closing process. Great agent. Great experience. I would definitely recommend her and Bramlett to anyone.
My husband and I worked with Bailey on the purchase of our new home and had such a great experience! Working with this company and more specifically Bailey made what should have been a stressful process (first time house hunting and buying in a new city knowing no one) into such a great experience! Bailey Moran is amazing!!! She helped us find a rental when we were flying in for quick weekend trips to find a place to live as we relocated from out of state, helped us buy our home, and ultimately sell our home. Throughout each venture, she was always incredibly helpful, patient, available, and honest. I truly always felt that she had our best interest at heart, and I never felt rushed or like just another client. Bailey is an amazing realtor and I never once doubted her abilities. I would overwhelmingly recommend her to anyone. In addition, Bailey is just a really awesome person in general. We used Bailey Moran for our home purchase in Austin, and couldn't be happier with our decision. We were coming from California and had no idea what area we wanted to live in when moving. Bailey helped walk us through each area virtually, sent us any listings that came available (many of which were before they hit the market), and always answered whenever we called. We ended up taking a trip to Austin and she spent the entire weekend showing us around, explaining the pros and cons of each area, and was a pleasure to just spend time with. She was impartial as she toured the houses so that we could generate our own opinions, but also answered our questions honestly when we had uncertainties about one thing or another. We were first home buyers and had little knowledge about the hunting process. One of our friends suggested Bailey Moran and we are so glad he did. Bailey was truly exceptional to work with. She explained us the process and answered all our questions patiently. She is really knowledgable about the area and helped us narrow down our neighborhood. We visited multiple houses and she would explain positives and negatives of each of the houses we visited. Eventually we settled on a new construction which took a total of 6 months to complete.Bailey was always available and responsive throughout and always made time for us. Bailey attended all our meetings with the builders and even helped choose our options to increase the our home. Our builder was a little difficult to work with but Bailey expertly followed up with them and made sure all the deliverables were met and we were happy. To sum it up I would say Bailey is the best. We would highly recommend Bailey and we look forward to working with her again.

Bailey was super knowledgeable and her expertise helped a lot in our screening/finalizing process of the property, She was guiding us to the right part and told us about all the advantages and disadvantages of the property which we where working with her for finalizing. Her nature of suggesting what the right value of the property in the city and what can be offered was the input which helped our family a lot on taking decision. I bought 3 properties with Bailey Moran in the Austin area, out of which 2 were during the toughest market conditions (pandemic and post-pandemic era). Prices were skyrocketing, inventory was record low, multiple offers on all properties, then all this topped up with a sudden, extreme mortgage rate hike. This all put us, buyers, in an extremely difficult position. Bailey’s expertise helped tremendously when navigating through these conditions and I’m happy to say that we found some one-of-a-kind, rare gem properties and made good deals despite the hot market. Buying a house is scary... There I said it. Buying your FIRST house can be down right mortifying, especially when in your 40's like myself. It's important that you find the right real estate agent to help make the process less scary. I hold personal recommendations in very high regard, especially from friends. My good friend Joe recommended Eric Bramlett since he had helped him both buy and sell a house. Eric took us out on our first run and then handed us off to Bailey to help us on our quest to buy our FIRST house and of all markets Austin TX which is NUTS. I was a little apprehensive at first since Bailey was young but after our first outing she pretty much put those fears to rest. It was more like going house hunting with a good friend who knew a lot about real estate and soon she was giving us honest input as to whether a house was going to work for us or not based on what we told her we wanted. My wife and I looked forward to house hunting but had no idea it was going to take 6 months to find a home. I'm glad we had Bailey as both our sherpa and friend since I really don't like shopping as is, even less when I am shopping for something as big as a house and my first house to boot.
