My realtor was Bailey. I bought a house one year ago, and it was one of the most wonderful experiences... Buying a house is no easy challenge, especially for a first-time buyer, but Bailey made me feel comfortable and knowledgeable along the way. We toured several homes together before I found "the one". Finding the time to view homes was easy, and I never felt forced or rushed.
Once I found the lovely home I wanted in South Austin (78748), she helped me make an offer and held my hand during the complicated processes of escrow. Thanks to her help we closed in less than 30 days! I honestly had no idea what I was doing, and I'm grateful for all her help. I have now lived here for a year and fall more in love with my house every day.

She patiently listens to you and your requirements, understands them and act on it immediately. Very much faster in emails(i am usually good at emails, but am jealous now!), and she does all the homework for you before even you go to the site to see the home. Like, talking to the vendors, giving recommendations, meeting the builders, getting better deals and what not. She was with us from the day we looked into the houses and till today asking about the family -- positive vibes, you know!

My son recommended Tara McGuire when I decided to buy a condo in Austin. Being a senior citizen, I have worked with the stereotypical real estate agent too often. Tara was a breath of fresh air. Never pushy, spent long days with me trying to figure out where in Austin would work for me and trying to decide how large a place I needed. She never complained, although I was not easy, often changing my mind. Tara is a rare prize and I enthusiastically recommend her.

When one house in particular popped up, I called her and said I need to see this house...Tara set up a showing and then facetimed us in Houston for our "tour". Tara went above and beyond, helping us every step of the way with our home buying process. She had to jump a lot of obstacles to get us in our dream home but she did!!!!! Will wasn't overly salesmanlike or pushy when first meeting with us, and explained his agency's data-driven selling strategy in a lot of detail. He shared with us more information than we'd received from past realtors. Will was flexible in working around our schedule and updated us continuously throughout the process. Our house was listed for only four days before we were under contract with an offer just under asking price. We would list with Bramlett Residential in the future.
Eric helped us sell a house in 2014, buy a house in 2014, rent out a house in 2015, rent a house in 2015, & buy a house in 2016. So, I'd say we're repeat customers. :) He and his crew are fantastic. Me and my husband got the opportunity to work with Bailey Moran at Brammlett Residential. Buying a house (especially if it's your first one) is really scary and overwhelming! So it is important to work with the right real estate agent! We literally weren't sure what we wanted and we didn't have a car then. She picked us up each time to show us all around Austin area without any complaints during such a difficult time (2020-covid19). Our lease was ending and we had a tight schedule to find a house we really love. However, Bailey made this stressful process as easy and fun as possible. Bailey Moran was the perfect agent for us! She was extremely knowledgeable about EVERY neighborhood in Austin and completely tailored our ideal, living situation. We're not from Austin and it was important for us to find an agent who could help us navigate the area whether it came to schools, night life, entertainment, etc. Her expertise and 10 year experience made us feel at ease and comfortable throughout the entire home buying experience. Bailey was always available to take calls and emails. We don't live in Austin so it was nice to have Bailey do all the legwork while we "virtually shopped" for houses. I wish there were more than 5 stars on YELP, because these 5 stars won't seem enough for Eric and his team. We hired Eric back in 2014 when our house was sitting in the market for more than 3 weeks in a HOT Austin market. Eric came in, explained us the process and we went back in the market within 2 weeks. Our house was sold in less than a week. Again we went back to Eric in 2014 for renting our house and buying a new one. Our house went on rent in a day and with the new house he made sure builder gave us the best incentives and guided us through out the building process with inspections and all. Over the years Eric has become a trusted advisor for us on any real estate matters. He helps us extending the lease on the rental property without charging a penny.

Tara McGuire and the fine folks at Bramlett were amazing during the sale of my mother's house. There was no pressure to go under contract to list the house before we were ready. Once under contract her team kept me informed of the process and most of the paper work was done electronically which was a time saver for me. Tara provided lists of contractors to help with some of the work we needed done before listing. Throughout the process including closing, Tara was respectful and compassionate and flexible. Even after we closed and when all was said and done, Tara helped me out with other paperwork I needed to get together. I definitely will use her for any future real estate needs!
Ok, I don't really leave reviews... like ever, but Bailey did such a great job I feel like I need to say something. We were moving back to the US from out of country and were entirely new to the Austin area. We didn't know anyone here and honestly felt a little lost and upside down. Bailey was the first person we met and she gave us hope we'd meet some other great people here with her friendliness and professionalism. We were on a tight schedule to find a home before our 6 weeks of AirBnb's ran out. So, we needed something fast. Bailey listened to what we wanted/needed and found us the perfect house in an area we love in just a couple days. She did all the scheduling for us and made viewing the homes really easy. In the end, she found us a house that hadn't even hit the market yet (it was going to be listed the next day), but we liked it so much we put an offer in and snatched it up before anyone else could. Sorry y'all, we got to it first! :) After that we had a couple questions on all the closing docs we had to fill out (we owned our business) and she helped us with everything we needed to get us through the closing process. When we were looking to purchase a home and coming from out of the state, our close family friends recommended we work with Kasey Gilliam. She came highly recommended and after our experience with her we now understand why! She was very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable about the Austin area and the towns around Austin. I owned two homes in Round Rock and did on line research and reached out to top rated agents. Eric responded almost immediately and followed up with data shortly thereafter.
We spoke two more times and my wife and I made a decision to list with him before any other "top rated" agents even got back to us. One of my BEST decisions ever. He followed through on every aspect and assisted in notifying existing tenants, helped with all phases of the reconditioning (helped pick out carpet and flooring) had get contacts to get the work done, got the proberty listed quickly with great pictures, kept us informed on a regular basis etc. We were 1500 miles away but felt like we were selling the house around the corner because we were kept so informed. The first home had multiple offers and sold in less than 30 days and the second home had multiple offers and sold within 45 days. We have bought and sold many homes and after the sale of these homes my wife commented that we may have difficulty ever dealing with another realtor because no will be able to meet the standards and results like Eric and his team. I am not an easy person to please and don't usually rate transactions etc but Eric is an unbelievable professional and he is the only realtor I would ever use in the Austin area.
