Tara McGuire has the patience of a saint! We searched for homes in the Austin area for nearly a year before she found "the one". She learned our style quickly and was always on the search for a home for us - the problem was we were too indecisive! The homes move quickly in Austin and she works 24/7 to make sure she never misses a new listing that may be the perfect fit for a client. She knows the market and knows how to negotiate for the best deal for her client. Well, this is going to sound like so many of the other Five-Star reviews; they are accurate.
I spoke with Eric over the phone and told him that I wasn't ready to sell but merely wanted to talk to him about possibly selling a year or so from now and if he had some advice, I would appreciate hearing it. I didn't expect him to come to my house, on time, as prepared as he was with current comparables, appraisals, etc. He did all this on his own - and - Eric is a NO PRESSURE kind of guy. I did not feel at all that he was trying to "make a sale" but that he is truly interested in an honest, professional relationship "...whether you (I) sell my home a year from now or five years from now."
Eric was very focused - you could almost hear his brain thinking and evaluating everything. He also offered me some great advice on improving my property for a more profitable, quicker sale. In addition, he recommended a design contractor whom I could contact.
OK...enough. Bottom line....if and when I go to sell my home, Eric is definitely at the top of the list.
We contacted Bramlett Residential Real Estate late in 2016 as we were anticipating moving to Austin however plans changed and we ended up moving to Irving in 2017. We were working with Tara McGuire and even when we told her we would not be moving to Austin but to Irving instead she went above and beyond what was required of her and assisted us in finding a realtor in Irving, Kim Reding, who is wonderful. Afterwards Tara continued to check on us periodically and make sure we were being well taken care of. There are not many people out there who go out of their way to help out someone when there is nothing in it for them. Thank you Tara and rest assured if we ever relocate to the Austin area you will be the first person we call!
Eric Bramlett's company came to my rescue 2 years ago. I had recently purchased a very nice condo on south Lamar in a prime location. I was assured I would have no problem renting it. The first realtor told me she would not be available to show on weekends because of her busy social life. The second realtor after finding someone who moved out after the first month suggested that I 1) drastically lower the rent and 2) suggested I sell it for less than I paid for it 2 months earlier.
I contacted Bramlett and knew immediately that his company represented a different and much higher level of professionalism. They assured me that my investment was a good one and then proceeded to screen tenant's and find someone suitable at my original asking price. I have stayed with Bramlett's company through 2 other tenancies, and my husband and I have our other properties with him as well.

We recently closed on a wonderful house, with the help of Vicki Duran from Bramlett Residential. Vicki helped us find our temporary rental townhouse and we decided to use her to help us with a home purchase as well. Believe it or not, the first home we toured with Vicki turned out to be The One. We decided to make an offer and found out from the listing agent a competing offer was coming in as well. We strategized with Vicki and gave it our best shot - it worked! We were in escrow a couple of days later. Vicki guided us through the whole process, providing referrals for services like home inspection, contractor work, flooring, etc. Since we are new to the area, this was very helpful. She coached us on our negotiations and, we believe, helped us to come out with the best deal possible, while maintaining a positive, cooperative relationship with the sellers. Communication is one of the biggest aspects of the Realtor/client relationship and Vicki was always quick to respond to our [many] questions, concerns, and requests. We felt like we were working with a friend, not just a hired professional. When you get a high level of professionalism, along with a relationship like that, we think that's the best combination possible. By the way, the escrow and closing went through without a hitch, thanks in large part to Vicki staying on top of the process (and the players) and making sure things were getting done.

Moving is ridiculously stressful! But, moving 2,200 miles across the country in the middle of a pandemic really adds a whole other level of stress.
From the beginning Bailey was incredible to work with. Answered all my questions in depth over email and phone. Once I was able to fly out to Austin she had all the houses lined up. She picked us up and drove us all over Lakeway! God Bless her! In a very short weekend we found my dream home.

Tara McGuire is a great agent and helped me get my house sold very quickly. She arrived at our first meeting with tons of research that she had done on my neighborhood and spent a great deal of time explaining the market trends and how sales were moving in the area. She was able to sell my house for roughly 10% more than another agent had suggested. The support team was most helpful in staging my home, advising me on paint colors, photographing the home and preparing a very nice color flyer for potential buyers. I would recommend Tara and the Bramlett team for anyone in need of experienced real estate professionals in the Austin area.
I have been working with Eric and his team since 2015 and I must say what a pleasure it has been to work with them. While renting my home out, we got several offers but they did detailed analysis of each potential tenant and found us one who they thought will have the best run in long term without any hustle. Well, they have been spot on. Our current tenant have been awesome and have twice renewed their lease agreement since then. Eric and team have been super responsive and helped us with new lease contract. We have also used their property management service in the past. They have a well oiled process in place and you don't need to do anything. When our property had some air conditioning issues, they found the best person to repair with best rates and we have to do nothing literally. I think experience does matter when dealing with real estate and these guys are my preferred partner.

Vicki Duran is great! As first time home buyers, we were looking for a realtor who could help us through the entire process patiently and comprehensively, and we are glad that Vicki contacted us in response to our request on the Bramlett Residential website.
From the start, Vicki was extremely responsive, at all times. Every text, email and call responded to within 30 minutes, if not sooner. Vicki's guidance and knowledge helped us to narrow down our MLS filters and modify as necessary. We were making notes/posting questions on the MLS portal and were pleasantly surprised to see that Vicki was also reading them and giving her thoughts on each of those.

Adrienne Laosa was a huge help to me when my family came across an urgent situation. We decided to move my mother in law in with us, but we were already stretched pretty thin in our 3 bedroom home with two kids, two dogs and both my husband and I working from home. We needed to get a larger house, but decided we wanted to keep our current one as an investment to rent out and make some additional income for our growing family. A friend of ours recommended Adrienne and we are so thankful they did! I think she is known more so for investment sales, but her single family sales knowledge was pretty stellar, too.
Not only did she quickly help us identify a larger home to comfortably fit our whole family plus with an extra work place, she went above and beyond to help us coordinate fixing up our old house for rent with using a whole bunch of her local vendors.
