We recently sold our home in Buda, and we've sold homes before. Kasey Gilliam was our agent and she was absolutely fabulous to work with. She was energetic, excited to represent us, and very knowledgeable about the market. She immediately scheduled a professional stager and photographer. They were great and we had excellent photos. Before we got in touch with our realtor, Kasey Gilliam, we had put in numerous offers on homes in Austin only to find time and time again that another offer was accepted. It was incredibly frustrating and it felt like we were completely out of our depth (we were). With Kasey's help, we were able to make the right offer on a place and move into closing within DAYS. She bent over backwards to make the process easy for us and any time we had any questions of concerns, she was there to answer. Even after closing, she has continued to be a huge help with referrals to reliable painters, cleaners and contractors to tackle a few things we wanted done before we move in. Cannot recommend enough, if you really want to close on a place, go with Kasey!!
Kasey is a great resource for us. We are lucky to have her as our agent to purchase our first single house. As an out-of-town buyer, we faced a lot of challenges to purchase a property remotely. At our introduction meeting, she was warm and knowledgeable. She asked a lot of questions about our needs and plans for the property. Based on the information we provided to her, she helped us identify the property that fits in our budget and meets our needs. During the purchasing process, she ensured our communication with the seller opened all the time. She responded to the questions and inquiries from us and the seller quickly and updated us with new information promptly. She is reliable and pays attention to details. When she represented us at the final walkthrough, she identified important deficiency that was missed by the third-party inspector. We appreciate her knowledge, honesty, and hard work.

KASEY GILLIAM was so amazing that it took me a while to write this review because it was hard to put all that she did for me into words!!! Even though I work in the industry, once I was in the shoes of the buyer things were still nerve-wrecking. Kasey is responsive, runs a schedule, and she shows up SO prepared---she knew everything about the house when we went on a viewing, understood and LISTENED to what was important to me in a home and so she knew what to point out on the tours (things I would like/not like etc.). There were also many cases where Kasey brought up concerns to me on the property that I didn't think of---this meant a lot to me because it showed just how much she cared (was more concerned with me getting into a home I loved even after closing than just making a quick sale). When I was nervous about signing or saying "okay lets do this" she was there---with ZERO pressure---giving me the nudge that I needed because it was a great deal/house. When the builder had to change things or when issues arose she was RIGHT there on the phone talking me through it and talking me off of many metaphorical cliffs :). She is the best of the best in Austin and I will always refer her and use her as long as I am buying houses. Thank you Kasey!!! You helped make my dreams come true!!!

Finding the right home for an out of state move with 2 kids through Covid within a small window was what we were looking at. We were not even sure if we could pull this off but decided to get the ball rolling. We found Kasey Gilliam and Eric Bramlett Residential Real Estate via a review based search (and we now know why she and her company feature at the top). Kasey patiently reviewed our requirements and helped narrow down the search areas to what we now know were perfect for us. Daily search results started coming in and we got to the "virtual tour+bidding" stage. Kasey and Mackenzie (Kasey's assistant) patiently walked through properties for us to view remotely and would always add comments on specifics which made our filtering much easier. With a fair idea of what to expect, thanks to the virtual tours and a couple of bids we had placed remotely, we came down to Austin for 3 weeks to continue the home search. Kasey and Mackenzie had already lined up 3 tours on the first day and the properties they chose matched almost our entire checklist. While bidding for the home we liked, Kasey was actually at the airport and about to get on a plane. She handled the paperwork from the gate and made sure that a clear and complete bid was put in place. That was the winning bid. The home we ended up with was the very first home we toured after landing in Austin. The floorplan, the neighborhood, the area.....everything was just what we wanted. Unfortunately, we moved to a different city and have to find a new realtor. Kasey has set the bar so high that we've had to part ways with two other realtors before finding one who even comes close.
