Staging Services
Staging Consultation
If you plan to sell your home while still living there, this is almost always the best option. Our professional stagers will provide a 2-3 hour consultation to help you understand exactly what needs to be done to present your property in its best light. Staging can seem overwhelming, and we always do our best to help you put together a list of actionable items on a timeline that fits with our overall marketing plan.
Full Staging For Vacant Properties
If your home will be vacant when listed, we can offer full staging services. It generally makes sense to stage the kitchen, dining, & common rooms, with decorations throughout the home. Optionally, we can stage the master suite, office, and any other room we may wish to highlight.
Vignette Staging For Vacant Properties
It makes sense to take a more minimalistic approach when staging some homes. Vignette staging includes accessories & decorations throughout the property. This does a fantastic job of warming up the home and helps buyers focus on picturing themselves living in the home. Additionally, it distracts the eye from minor imperfections that all homes have (drywall dings, minor discolorations, etc…)
