They were super quick to respond to our inquiry and the only ones to actually have a realtor contact us from the start. Tara was there every step of the way during a new home purchase. She coordinated the inspections, and helped towards closing when we had some issues with the builder. We would definitely recommend Tara McGuire and Eric Bramlett Real Estate.
I couldn't be happier with the service Tara McGuire provided on the sale of my father's house. I reached out to her a while ago because he was having a very hard time figuring out what work would be worthwhile to do on it, and it was delaying the whole process. Being in his 70s, this whole thing was daunting to him. Tara went above and beyond to put us at ease. She communicated with my father in a very clear and concise manner to avoid any confusion, answered all our questions and modeled some different scenarios, kept me updated throughout the process, and ultimately got the house sold very quickly for a favorable amount of money. Tara McGuire has the patience of a saint! We searched for homes in the Austin area for nearly a year before she found "the one". She learned our style quickly and was always on the search for a home for us - the problem was we were too indecisive! We contacted Bramlett Residential Real Estate late in 2016 as we were anticipating moving to Austin however plans changed and we ended up moving to Irving in 2017. We were working with Tara McGuire and even when we told her we would not be moving to Austin but to Irving instead she went above and beyond what was required of her and assisted us in finding a realtor in Irving, Kim Reding, who is wonderful. Afterwards Tara continued to check on us periodically and make sure we were being well taken care of. There are not many people out there who go out of their way to help out someone when there is nothing in it for them. We worked with Tara McGuire and really had an exceptional experience. We moved here from New York City and started our journey to finding a home here in Austin almost 2 and a half years ago. Tara was constantly communicative and helpful through our entire (quite lengthly) journey. We were not only relocating from across the country, but this was our first home buying experience. Our needs and wants for a home changed a few times and Tara was sure to promptly update our home search desires any time we let her know more precisely what we were looking for. She was always able to see houses with us every time we were in town to visit. Tara would plot out the day so we were able to see as many homes as possible and gave us a better sense of they lay out of Austin and the different neighborhoods we were looking in. We ended up with the perfect house for us in the end, but Tara really stuck it out with us through two different negative experiences with other homes. We recently closed on a wonderful house, with the help of Vicki Duran from Bramlett Residential. Vicki helped us find our temporary rental townhouse and we decided to use her to help us with a home purchase as well. Believe it or not, the first home we toured with Vicki turned out to be The One. We decided to make an offer and found out from the listing agent a competing offer was coming in as well. We strategized with Vicki and gave it our best shot - it worked! We were in escrow a couple of days later. Vicki guided us through the whole process, providing referrals for services like home inspection, contractor work, flooring, etc. Since we are new to the area, this was very helpful. She coached us on our negotiations and, we believe, helped us to come out with the best deal possible, while maintaining a positive, cooperative relationship with the sellers. Communication is one of the biggest aspects of the Realtor/client relationship and Vicki was always quick to respond to our [many] questions, concerns, and requests. We felt like we were working with a friend, not just a hired professional. When you get a high level of professionalism, along with a relationship like that, we think that's the best combination possible. By the way, the escrow and closing went through without a hitch, thanks in large part to Vicki staying on top of the process (and the players) and making sure things were getting done.
Tara McGuire is a great agent and helped me get my house sold very quickly. She arrived at our first meeting with tons of research that she had done on my neighborhood and spent a great deal of time explaining the market trends and how sales were moving in the area. She was able to sell my house for roughly 10% more than another agent had suggested. The support team was most helpful in staging my home, advising me on paint colors, photographing the home and preparing a very nice color flyer for potential buyers. We have used Tara McGuire for buying a home twice and selling once and couldn't be happier. She has great knowledge of the market, the area, and the entire process and is always well supported by the office. During our first move to the area, Tara spent an entire week with my wife showing her quite literally 60-70 houses across all of Austin. With our last purchase, we looked at a curated by Tara list of 20 houses in 1 day that provided a great overview while also focusing in on our likes and tastes. When we decided on our house Tara dealt directly with the builder and made our move so much easier. We really couldn't recommend her enough and will not hesitate to use her again.
