Tara McGuire was responsive, incredibly easy to work with, and really listened to me and my preferences. She found a plethora of houses within the area I was initially searching in AND found homes in areas that I had not considered but were very comparable to what I was looking for. She found our ideal home! My communication with her occurred through several outlets: phone, text, video, and Google Hangouts. She replied to my questions or concerns promptly and well after hours. Having never met Tara and building our relationship out of state (California), I am extremely grateful that our experience was such a success. Everything went smoother than I had anticipated being that we were so far away and never physically saw the home we purchased. Tara represented us for the initial walk-through as well as the final walk-through. While I listened in on both, she communicated to the builder the way I would have and made sure the home was ready for us when we arrived. She held the builder accountable and with reasonable expectations. She also provided me with referrals for: financing, homeowners' insurance, window coverings, garage door openers, and home inspectors. It was incredibly helpful especially since we are not from the area. I am unable to fully capture how marvelous our journey with Tara was. I will forever be appreciative of her time, energy, and efforts. Tara is a wonderful realtor and I would definitely refer her to family and friends and will use her in the future should the need arise!
Eric was fantastic in helping us sell our home in South Austin! Can't say enough. He was very business savvy in regard to negotiating with a quirky buyer, and his guidance to us was very pragmatic and honest. When we thought we weren't going to reach a deal with the buyer, he took the initiative to cut us out of the loop for a couple of days and work with the buyer/buyer's agent independently so that he could bring us an offer that we could work with. Additionally, the process that he has built with his team (also amazing, btw) is very thorough and makes everything move along smoothly and quickly. It is very transparent, so you see everything that goes on in regard to your listing. Highly recommend!

Eric and his team have been exemplary from the beginning. Eric came to visit us 6 months before the listing and kept in touch throughout, just to make sure we understood the market and what we benefit us the most. Eric's attentiveness to our needs and timelines was nothing less than first class. He answered emails, phone calls, and texted like I was his only client. It was almost to the point where I felt guilty, but then I realized he is still making money! Haha, anyhow, seriously, Eric and his team is first class all the way. I was confident from the beginning in his ability and knowledge. I was educated and my expectations were level set and there was never a second were I thought those expectations weren't being met. From the stager, to the sign being put up in my yard, everyone was there when they said they would be. There wasn't a single time where I was given a timeline and it wasn't met. That is extremely important when you have hard deadlines like we did with our relocation. When purchasing or selling in the Austin area in the future, Eric and his team will be the first call and the last.

Eric and his team are exceptional. After a terrible experience with a previous agent, Eric guaranteed and delivered the sale of our home in Wooten in one weekend. My husband and I both have busy work schedules and a newborn and he made the process fast and non invasive. I have already personally recommended his team to several friends. Meredith Alderson, Eric's buyer's agent, facilitated the purchase of our new home and is wonderful! Meredith always took our calls and would quickly facilitate showings at a moments notice. Congrats! Your search for an amazing realtor is over! I interviewed Eric along with two other Realtors to list/sell my home. After calling two prior realtors and discussing their credentials, results and process, my last phone call was to Eric. It was obvious from that first phone call that Eric was going to be the realtor that I selected. After selecting him were able to meet within a few days and hit the market within a week. I cannot say enough good things about Eric, Alex (in the office) and the web tools his real estate firm offers. I went on the market and within one day I had 2 offers, all for at and above list! Eric is the best realtor! When we wanted to sell our house we reached out to a few realtors we found online. Eric was the only one to respond immediately and offered the best marketing package. We have closed on several houses in the past and I can say no other realtor has ever provided the level of service Eric provided. We were on the other side of the world while our house was on the market and Eric took care of everything - he was even awake at crazy hours to answer any questions or to give us updates on the progress. Eric always communicates with you so you know everything that is happening all the time. We put our house on the market during the tough time to sell (back to school time) and Eric was still able to get it sold. I highly recommend Eric and will use him next time we buy or sell a house in Austin.

I wish there were more than 5 stars on YELP, because these 5 stars won't seem enough for Eric and his team. We hired Eric back in 2014 when our house was sitting in the market for more than 3 weeks in a HOT Austin market. Eric came in, explained us the process and we went back in the market within 2 weeks. Our house was sold in less than a week. Again we went back to Eric in 2014 for renting our house and buying a new one. Our house went on rent in a day and with the new house he made sure builder gave us the best incentives and guided us through out the building process with inspections and all.
