Joe Gage helped me purchase my first home in Austin. I was a remote buyer, and Joe went above and beyond in doing detailed video showings and arranging home inspections to make sure that the builder did everything right in building my home. Joe also helped with arranging my homeowners insurance, and making sure all deadlines were met. Highly recommended.
Jeremy Vandermause did a fantastic job for my wife and I when we purchased our first home. He went above and beyond in every way. Even in Austin's white-hot real estate market, we felt confident navigating the process with Jeremy's guidance. He was super responsive to emails, calls, and texts any time we needed him. He went to all the walkthroughs and inspections and even sent us videos when we were not able to attend. Can't say enough about how positive our experience was.
Trey Blanco was fantastic to work with. We started our home buying journey in late February when we first reached out. Things got pretty serious only a few weeks later when we started making offers on homes. The first home we went to see had 5 separate parties waiting outside for the open house when we pulled up (it ended up having 28 offers when it eventually sold). Trey helped us to navigate this crazy market (which is even crazier as a non-cash buyer) until we found our new home! Trey is very prompt in his communications and very knowledgeable about the home buying process and the Austin market. He coached me through every step of the way (which, as a first-time buyer was absolutely essential).Did I mention Trey has an awesome personality? He's funny, caring, and honest. I learned that you spend a ton of time with your real estate agent -- so it's pretty important that you get along well. Trey never made me feel scared or dumb, he didn't pressure me into anything I wasn't comfortable doing, and he was honest in his recommendations. As a first time home buyer I had so many questions and Vivia took the time to really break every thing down for me and make sure I knew what I was getting myself into. Corrine Elgin helped me with my first home purchase at probably one of the worst times to be a buyer in Austin. She was fantastic!! She first set up a call to go over my wants and needs and explain next steps. Then started pulling searches for me. She was very attentive and made notes and actioned on any listings I liked in the portal we worked out of. When I finally found my house, again, she was there every step of the way. Any questions I had, she answered them in a timely manner and even made some great recommendations. I also really appreciated her coming to my closing for support. I want to *reiterate* I had no idea what I was doing throughout this entire process and Corrine did an amazing job guiding me. In summary, Corrine and I know my situation was a bit unique and we both won’t forget it anytime soon 😂 but I truly appreciate all her hard work and would recommend her to anyone looking to invest in property!

We worked with Crystal Hirst and she did an amazing job. She went above and beyond to make sure that we found the right property for us. Our search initially was all over the place and we didn’t even know what kind of property we wanted. Nonetheless, Crystal was incredibly helpful and patient while working with us to find our home. Crystal would point out all the pros and cons for any place that we would consider and we felt we could trust her. As first-time homebuyers we felt this was important because we did not know what red flags to look for in a property. Additionally, she was communicative and extremely responsive throughout the entire process. We were very satisfied with Crystal and would recommend her to anyone with no reservations whatsoever.
Molly is an outstanding real estate agent. I was extremely fortunate to be connected to her through a mutual personal trainer. I had been renting for years, and was interested in finally investing in my own home. Knowing I was a first-time home buyer, she went above and beyond in providing me with a binder and sitting down with me and explaining everything to me. I could take the binder home, make notes, contact her with questions, and she was so happy to share her wealth of knowledge on all the details of searching for homes, putting in offers, and the process of closing. Even when I decided not to buy for an entire year, she not only understood my decision, but kept the perfect distance. She provided me with monthly info about the market and houses within my budget/criteria, but didn’t bug me or harass me at all. During the shopping process, she was SO patient with me as I thought I knew what I wanted but backed out. I finally got my sweet little starter home at a fantastic price, even though I had to bid against other buyers. Molly was encouraging, always providing helpful insight into each house we looked at, and I would recommend her to absolutely everyone. She’s professional, very intelligent and knowledgeable in her field, and extremely kind and patient.
It was wonderful to work with Molly Parks in purchasing my first home and an investment property. She made the process smooth and easy (or at least as smooth and easy as home purchasing can be). She was very responsive and accommodating of my schedule and was able to arrange showings at all times of the day. With Molly's help and guidance, I was able to see a home, make an offer, and have it accepted all in the same day. Additionally, she was even able to negotiate the price down a little bit on both properties to get them below asking, which is no easy task in the competitive Austin real-estate market. Additionally, she helped me get my leases set up for the investment property and provided valuable advice related to management of the property after the completion of the purchase. Tyson Hombroek was the BEST realtor I could have ever asked for. As a first time home purchaser, he stuck with me for over 2 years as my financial and Austin housing market situation fluctuated and was constantly and consistently communicative with me regarding what I was looking for and what I needed. I bought my first home on the East side of Austin while working with Zoe Wafelbakker a few months ago, and I had an excellent, seamless experience. Zoe was always available to answer questions (and I had many) and her Austin real estate expertise and interpersonal skills are top-notch. She handled the few minor issues and hurdles we faced with ease and grace which meant the buying process was fairly stress-free for me, and we never had to deal with full-on problems.
