I worked with Lauren Yoder to get the coolest condo in town and I couldn't have asked for a better guiding light in buying my first home. We worked with Vicki Duran and she was incredibly helpful from start to finish! Helping us set expectations and informing us the current condition of the market, taking us to open houses and helping us put together a competitive offer, and helping us with negotiations and recommending top notch inspectors for the job. Vicki was very responsive and patient with answering all of our questions, she did not pressure us on anything and respected our budget and gave us objective information to help with our decision making. She took us on 12 open houses in one day, we ended up making 3 solid offers and got one accepted in one weekend, it was super efficient and couldn't have gone smoother! We couldn't be happier and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell in the area!

KASEY GILLIAM was so amazing that it took me a while to write this review because it was hard to put all that she did for me into words!!! Even though I work in the industry, once I was in the shoes of the buyer things were still nerve-wrecking. Kasey is responsive, runs a schedule, and she shows up SO prepared---she knew everything about the house when we went on a viewing, understood and LISTENED to what was important to me in a home and so she knew what to point out on the tours (things I would like/not like etc.). There were also many cases where Kasey brought up concerns to me on the property that I didn't think of---this meant a lot to me because it showed just how much she cared (was more concerned with me getting into a home I loved even after closing than just making a quick sale). When I was nervous about signing or saying "okay lets do this" she was there---with ZERO pressure---giving me the nudge that I needed because it was a great deal/house. When the builder had to change things or when issues arose she was RIGHT there on the phone talking me through it and talking me off of many metaphorical cliffs :). She is the best of the best in Austin and I will always refer her and use her as long as I am buying houses. Thank you Kasey!!! You helped make my dreams come true!!!
Linda Baddour is an excellent realtor. In midst of this crazy market, Linda helped us find our dream home in just a weekend. My husband and I are really happy with the service that Linda provided. She considered our requirements and helped us find our dream home. She also provided her honest opinion on the houses we were confused about, which we liked the most. She also took a look at the houses with us and highlighted its pros and cons. After our house was finalized, she sent us current market details and lot of different details which was impressive. She also offered us to get our house professionally cleaned. When we moved to our dream home, we saw that she had a welcome kit for us. We felt really good :) I would recommend that whenever you call to Bramlett, ask for Linda Baddour. She is the way to find your dream home :)
Vivia helped us in buying our first home. It was an amazing experience. Vivia made it so easy for us. We were not local and we just met Vivia once and told her our preferences and that’s it. She did a bunch of video tours for us and we were very sure that Vivia would take care of all the nitty gritty details and that’s just what she did. She would send detailed pictures... of a broken tile... scratches on the floors... just like the things you would notice when you’re going through a home yourself. She would even tell us what would be safe with a baby and what wouldn’t be. As we were expecting our first child, her insights were super helpful and things we wouldn’t have considered/known anyway. She worked with a tough deadline as we wanted to move in as quickly as possible. After a few offer refusals we landed on our perfect home. Thanks to Vivia and her willingness to work even during her vacation, we put in an offer in time for our current home and we couldn’t be happier. She was very thorough with the paperwork and took care of all the details of the contract (knowing we wouldn’t know any of these anyway) with all the financial and legal Mumbo jumbo. She made everything so easy that we pretty much shopped did online shopping for our home. If you’re looking to move to Austin just like we did, I would highly recommend Vivia. She knows the market, great at negotiating deals and above all she’s just so personable. I would give 10 stars (out of 5) if I can! Oh and did I mention we still stay in touch! She’s THAT awesome.
