I rarely write reviews and only do so for the exceptional. Jesse Schaeffer easily reaches that distinction. I have worked with hundreds of professionals in my 30 year career, and Jesse is one of my favorite people to work with, regardless of industry. He has a great ability to anticipate your needs and proactively deliver upon them. Without prompting, he identifies opportunities and obstacles and works behind the scenes, bringing solutions, often before you knew you had a problem. As a small example, once the closing documents were available for our deal, Jesse quickly read them over, and optimized the coverages and costs, moving remaining costs to the seller, saving us several hundred dollars, and only pinging us for the “OK.” Additionally, he made connections to architects, builders, city permit reviewers, arborists, and other specialists, in order to make sure we were surrounded by the experts we needed to achieve success in our real estate project. He deployed his drone without asking to send photos of the views from the 3rd floor for prospective lots. My take is that 99% of real estate agents approach the job as a volume game, resulting in a situation that ultimately minimizes time spent with each client. I believe Jesse approaches his job quite the opposite, and focuses on making each client feel like they are his only one. In summary, I highly recommend Jesse. His work ethic compelled me to write what I believe is the only recommendation like this I have ever done, and I’m not young.

After carefully eliminating other realtors for the sale of my TX house, I found Jesse (thanks heavens) to be perfect for selling my house. I highly recommend Jesse for any real estate needs. I’ve worked with many real estate agents, but none like Jesse. He immediately understands what you’re looking for and balances those needs with a thorough understanding of the market. However, execution is where he shines. Preparing the right offer in a competitive market, preparing for appraisal, all of the important milestones - Jesse is with you through everything at every step. He’s helpful with mortgage bankers, real estate attorneys, builders, inspectors. Jesse is a full-service agent and I’ve worked with him both on the buy and sell-side. I won’t work with anyone else in Austin and I’ve referred all of my friends in the market for a new home to him. Obviously, he’s delivered for them as well.

Jesse helped me buy my first home in Austin. He was knowledgable, responsive, and also provided much-needed emotional support when I got COVID right before I closed on the house, and had to make some big decisions about repairs. He's also just a really nice person. Highly recommend!

Mr. Schaeffer did a great job in helping us to sell our house in Hutto. We live in San Antonio now and I had just started a new job so I could not travel at a moment's notice. He was very professional and worked within our parameters. He provided reports and concise information to assist us in making informed decisions. We were totally pleased with the results.

From the first day I met Elle, I knew I could count on her knowledge and expertise of the real estate world. Elle provided more than wonderful advice. She did some work on my property because it was needed, and I'm not as young as I used to be! To work with someone who knows what she is doing and, most importantly, has a gigantic heart is such a joy. She is now a valued friend!

My wife and I made the decision to move to Round Rock from out of state after our daughter and grandchildren moved to Cedar Park. I put out feelers over the Internet with multiple real estate companies. I received numerous emails but only Elle’s assistant, Michelle, actually called me on the phone. She was extremely kind and helpful and we made the decision to meet with her and Elle on an upcoming house hunting trip. Elle was very helpful and knowledgeable and over the next couple of months helped us to decide on a new build in Mayfield Ranch. She assisted us all along the way and when issues came up she stepped in and made sure everything worked out out as they should. I am very glad she was in our corner.

Carlos was an absolute blessing to have as our Realator. The first thing that I noticed about him was that I felt like I could ask any questions- regardless of how dumb. This was super important to my husband and I because this is the first house we have ever purchased.
The second thing that stuck out is the way he never pressured us to buy a specific house or tried to push us towards anything if we didn’t feel comfortable with it. He made sure that we controlled the climate of what houses we wanted to see and continued to encourage us along the way when it felt like everything was moving slowly.
The third thing is he is a great communicator. He always messaged us back timely and checked in on us to see if we had questions throughout the week when we were browsing. And as soon as we wanted to see a home he would immediately make an appointment to view it. This was extremely important to us because my husband and I are in the military and so we were not in Texas during the entire process. Carlos actually drove one hour North of Austin everytime we wanted him to view a home for us and he would FaceTime and send videos of the home so we could see them.
All in all I could not recommend Carlos more to anyone! Thank you for guiding us through the purchase of our first home.

Not only am I lucky to have Rob Gordon as a friend, but he is an outstanding agent. He helped guide us through selling our apartment from prepping & staging, to scheduling the listing date, negotiation and closing (even when he had some hiccups which were no fault of his!).
