Eric was an absolute pleasure to work with. He's very knowledgeable, which I suppose you would expect for Austin's number one realtor. And he's also super friendly. I was contacted by the realtors that promise they'll buy your home if they can't sell it. Of course they will! But at what price? Heck, I'll buy your home if it doesn't sell. You get the point. Eric puts a ton of work into selling a home. Professional photos really make a big difference. Postings on all the real estate websites, etc. And the list goes on and on.
