I had the pleasure of working again with Eric directly to sell my condo in December 2019, and I'm pleased to report that Eric did a phenomenal job in making sure that my condo sold quickly and above list--in one of the slowest months of the year.
Eric and his team helped set the stage for success in a number of ways, so let me list them.
- He covered a staging consultation where I was told what I needed to hear - I had way too much stuff in my place. I followed the resulting staging checklist, and I couldn't believe how much better my place looked (I intend on hiring his stager to do some consultation at my new place!)
- He hired an amazing photographer to ensure my home was framed in the best possible way
- He's built a customized software setup to stay proactive and ensure that no detail is missed in the complex staging process
- He isn't helping you by himself; he has a small army of assistants that make sure every logistical detail happens with minimal effort.
To give you an idea of how easy he made things, I was on a cruise right before my house listed, and he was even able to help arrange a make ready service and cleaning service in my absence. You might even say I felt I could put things on cruise control with him in charge.
