I can't recommend Eric enough. My wife and I recently sold our house under time constraints, to move to a new city. Not an easy task. Eric and his team had our house on the market and sold in weeks. Their communication was excellent. They guided us through every step. And you get the feeling that you're benefitting from Eric's experience. He would give us both sides of a situation, explain the pros and cons, and if asked for, give a knowledgeable recommendation.
