Eric is an excellent real estate professional. He is extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, very reassuring and hardworking. He is very prompt and responsive. He will take your calls any time of the day. He knows the market, knows what buyers want, knows how to market a property and how to negotiate and how to bring home the deal. Some realtors act like know it alls and treat you like you are some kind of an novice idiot. Not Eric. He is very respectful of your opinions and gives you his professional opinion without making you feel small in any way. Often he is right. You cannot go wrong with him. She guided us through the process of finding a home in the area we wanted and negotiated a good price within our budget.
