I was interested in a few condos and he quickly responded and provided me with a detailed breakdown of rent comps and an investment analysis on all the units I inquired about. This included HOA fees, estimated mgmt fees, insurance, interest rates etc. The data helped me understand the market and also the appreciation values year over year. Receiving this prior to my arrival was great. This shows how prepared Will is as an agent. He works with #'s and that's the most important thing when considering a purchase.

We sold our first house earlier this year with Will Mackintosh as our realtor. Will has great resource to help you in special situation. In our transaction, after the inspection, we were surprised that the buyer claim there is a foundation issue and need a big cut in price. Will quickly connect a foundation engineering firm to verify the claim. Turns out the foundation was perfectly fine, no repair needed. Thankful for Will's fast response navigate the situation and communicate effectively with seller to save us. This is a key differentiator service between an ok realtor to a great realtor like Will.

Will always go above and beyond to do whatever it takes. I have to clear up the house for staging and picture day. My husband already moved out of state, so I cannot move the heavy stuff to our garage. Will emailed me saying- he will move the heavy stuff. There are so many other example like this that Will just so helpful.

We bought our first house with Bramlett and then when it was time to sell it we decided to go with them again. We weren't able to be in Austin while our home was on the market and Will was awesome in making sure things went as smoothly as possible. We didn't have to do much, they took care of everything. We received constant updates and when it came time to finally sign the papers they scheduled a notary to come to our new home in Florida. Everything was much easier than I thought it would be and I'm very thankful.

As first time home buyers, the Austin real estate market can be very intimidating. Will set up an MLS listing search that alerted us to new listings that met our criteria. When we were ready to tour, Will was very flexible with scheduling showings. He is very laid back and not at all high pressure ,which matches our style. After making several offers that were declined, Will encouraged us to keep looking. He promptly responded to our emails (sometimes freak-outs) and educated us about the process as we went. Buying a house in Austin can be be extremely difficult, and frustrating as my wife and I learned. Offers are put in, and houses are sold in a couple of days. I takes a realtor that is very patient and has a has a positive attitude to find you a house that meets your criteria in these market conditions. Will Mackintosh is that type of agent, who will stay on top of all of these things and won't give up.
