Eric was great to work with. He helped us buy and sell our home. While selling the home, we had to move and sell it vacant from over 1000 miles away. Eric not only helped us sell it, but helped us coordinate and contact good people to knock out any problems that might've prevented the home from getting sold. Overall, we couldn't have sold our home or even gotten into it without his help. He was straight forward with us every step of the way and made sure we only did work to the home that was needed to make it stand out on the market. Ultimately he helped us keep costs down and helped us ensure the property was in great shape for showings.
If I ever move back to Austin and am looking to buy a home, I'd go with Eric again without even thinking twice. There's no reason to look elsewhere.

We have worked with Eric over the last several years as home buyers first, and then sellers. He is the real deal.
Real estate market is competitive with a lot of agents and the noise is too high. To win clients, agents try to provide discount on commission, etc. While their focus is on winning clients, they don't think as much about the quality of service. The customer mindset usually is lacking.
Working with Eric is very different. He thinks like a product manager and how his service can benefit his clients' specific need. Home buying and selling can get emotional and there is no one template for all. I believe that Eric gets it. I have referred several friends to Eric and they all have come out happier. And, these people are different with different needs.

The best thing about Eric is he leans in completely. We recently moved out of Austin and had to sell our home. It was an old house that needed a lot of work. From exterior painting and siding work, HVAC servicing, plumbing fixes, etc. As you can imagine, it is extremely hard for me to talk to contractors and check their work remotely. Eric and his team took it upon themselves to offer this as a service at no additional cost to us. They scheduled all the contractors, checked their work, and we were able to sell the house without any other issues. This shows tremendous customer mindset.
I know that Eric is rated as one of the top agents in the area, but what makes him top ranked is his unique and fresh approach to real estate. His command over customer service and technology puts him leaps ahead of anyone else in the real estate market in Austin today. I've worked with the Bramlett Real Estate firm three times -- once in ~2014 prior to a cross-country move. Bailey on their team helped to find a rental house that was perfect and had it all ready when I got to Austin.
A couple years later I was ready to buy in Austin and reached out to Bailey again, who worked with me for a couple months until I found the perfect house -- it was a dream and the process was made super smooth by her professionalism and experience in the CATX market.
Fast forward to 2019, and due to work and life obligations I've moved to the West Coast -- and I leaned on Bailey and her team (many people worked on it) to sell my house. They did the whole thing remotely while I was already on the West Coast, helped to clean and stage my house, took awesome photographs and prepared perfect documentation on the house -- and in the first week after putting the house on the market we had 2 offers and one over asking. We selected Lindsey Pearlstein to represent us in the purchase of a large home in Round Rock, TX and to sell our existing house, which was also in Round Rock. We selected Lindsey based upon a personal recommendation, our personal interview with her and our instincts from past real estate transactions. She did not have as many years of experience, however she clearly knew the details and pitfalls of buying/selling real estate from working with her real estate agent father.
We had to endure the stress of placing a purchase bid for a house against five other buyers for the same property. Lindsey has an excellent team supporting her, which was invaluable in selecting the correct purchase offer to make on the new house. Lindsey provided excellent document support and coordination with the seller's agent in concluding the transaction.
The selling of our existing house had its share of major issues. Lindsey provided advice in sorting through multiple potential buyers' offers, as well as negotiating repairs requested by the buyers. The difficulty of this complete experience was minimized for us by Lindsey's persistent attention to details, close coordination with the selling/buying agents and a good support team which had good experience and statistics to support their recommendations. The listing photographs Lindsey produced of our house with its virtual furniture staging in each room (all the rooms were empty) was truly outstanding and realistic. All of the listing photographs made the house look it very best. We would highly recommend Lindsey.
