As there are many realtors with stellar reviews it was hard to chose and actually just because it's 5 stars yelp review sometimes you don't get 5 star customer service when they get busy. Really listened to all our wish list items and set us up with a great selection of homes in great neighborhoods. Unfortunately due to family emergency she was not able to meet up with us when it was time for my husband to fly out to Austin and check those homes or but she connected us with Vicki. This was the smoothest transition ever within a team. Vicki was updated about our situation, she knew exactly what kind of homes were looking for. She even picked my husband up from his hotel and showed him all the homes within a day.
We found a dream home and during the entire process of paper work, talking to the seller, lender, home inspection. Vicki was there for us. She responds to our emails/texts/calls immediately. We feel very well taken care of considering we are purchasing a home in Austin while we are still in California.
