Eric has been vital in our relocation of our real estate development company from Telluride Colorado to Austin. I interviewed many realtors and Eric impressed me with his skills and knowledge of the Austin market. Eric placed us in the 04 market and we love it. We are starting our first duplex located at 1102 West Mary which I granted Eric the listing coming in June. Eric assisted me in locating an architect, lawyer, accountant and many other professionals that we are using for our first spec project. We look forward to working with Eric on all of our future development projects.

Anna helped me buy my first new home during the pandemic when competition was at an all time high. She helped me navigate everything and kept her cool (even when I panicked). She had the dual roles of therapist and realtor! I've never worked with someone so suited for the role :)
