I was a first time home buyer (and seller) and she walked me through the process every step of the way. She has a good perspective. Her advice is very insightful and practical. She’s easily available via phone, email, or text – and she answered all my newbie questions right away. I live out of state so not only did she do this with me in a different state, she managed to do it during a PANDEMIC. She knows the neighborhoods of Austin really well and she has a great take on pricing. Seriously, finding a realtor gem is hard, so don’t look any further if you’re considering Arlene. She’s awesome!
