Kristin was amazing throughout the entire process. We are recommending Kristin to all of our friends and family and will be calling her when we sell our home down the road. She was patient, knowledgeable, responsive, both kind and aggressive when necessary, and easy to work with. I was taking 14 hours of grad school classes and working full time and my husband works 7-7 Monday through Saturday. Kristin was very flexible and understanding of our work schedule. We were also first-time homebuyers. She took the time to define all of the lingo, answer any questions we had, and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. She never made us feel bad for not knowing things and never made us feel pressured to do anything. She took a lot of stress off our shoulders and helped us understand all aspects of the process, whether it was the loan or the home inspection report. She is very professional and dedicated to her work. She should win employee of the year - we loved her!
