When we were looking for a condo for our college kids, Dana was relentless in helping us find a place in our price range that still met all of our other needs. She suggested all kinds of creative tactics since it was completely a seller’s market at the time; we wrote to condo owners in the area letting them know we are interested in buying their property; we wrote letters of introduction with our offers; and we looked at places along the bus route to find something that would work both in college and after graduating. The last tactic worked! We found a fabulous place in an area that works as a student and as a graduate — and it was less than what we would have had to spend closer to campus. Thankfully, the kids are graduated and now paying their own rent and want to stay put in a place that Dana made sure was suitable for the long term. I highly recommend Dana for buy or selling because she has integrity, she listens, and she works hard for you.
